maximize the mini desk area with some of the items I use here
1. Stacking shelves/lerberg
Stacking shelves like this are really suitable for saving space because the size is not too wide so it doesn't take up space + can store a lot of stuff. The one I use has 4 levels so it's quite a space saver.
2. Pegboard
installing a pegboard on the wall is also one way to maximize space for storing stuff.
3. Table stacking shelves/monitor stand
Using these two items is also a great space saver. With the size of my desk which is not too big (100x60) I can store more stuff because there is additional space below/above.

Room lighting has an effect on your mood, don't you agree?
Like my work room, for example. I personally really like vibes that are warm, cozy, and really homie. But aesthetic at the same time. For this reason, I chose warm colored lighting and placed several lights at certain points. Specifically for my work area, I give two lights at once. Apart from being brighter, it also becomes the main spot in my room.

So, this is my desk area. I wanna tell you a little about it. Basically, I love Ghibli so much. Especially Totoro. I love the vibes, I love the color pallete, I love the peace, and so many plants at the movie. So, I recreate that at my desk area. However, when decorating, I stick to one theme. And itโs mid century modern.
Actually, I used this theme by accident. I just used the existing furniture, which belonged to my father from generation to generation. So the only thing that fits the furniture theme around me is mid century. Suprisingly, I love it ๐

In decorating the work area, I chose a combination of earth tone colors. As you can see in the photo, green, brown, beige, white dominate the colors in the table area decor.
I chose warm earth tone colors because I wanted to create a work area atmosphere that suits the surrounding climate but is a cooler version with green plants.
In determining colors, I usually browse the color palette first so that the decorative colors match each other.

Not only is it the most aesthetic corner of the house, but it is also a place where I can find inspiration and rest for a while, unwinding from busy household work ๐
Inspired by South Korean decoration and using existing furniture, I made this work area a mid-century theme (yes, even though some people think this is a vintage style). However, it's not a problem. Whatever it is, I arranged this corner according to taste and made use of existing resources. So, it has its own style and characteristics.
And the most important thing is that it is not only aesthetic, but the spaces and corners of the house must be functional and can provide many benefits for the occupants ๐
