Kitchen styling is done in stages. The hope is that the kitchen, apart from being a place for cooking, is also a place for recreation. That's why we put books that are not cookbooks, let alone dummy ones. The books displayed on the top throne in this house are books that are meaningful to our family, such as: books that are used when giving a surprise at school by appearing as a story teller in front of the class :) Apart from books, the new decoration we bought last Saturday was digital art by Asmara Wreksono. Shades of brown, white and Javanese but also modern. It really suits the feel of the house and its residents.
