Living room: yes or no? With limited land and budget, when designing this house, the living room was not a priority. The brief we provided was the need for a multi-functional transition room, a place to receive guests who are not close enough but whose conversations are private (example: the complex security guard who might be discussing sensitive matters 🤭).
