Daśa Cavana has a Scandinavian industrial facade style. Actually, this is the name of my own style, hihi. Because the shape is Scandi-style triangular, but the vibe is more industrial. The material that stands out on this facade is the use of plastered stone. I chose this style to minimize maintenance. And the gray color that I chose tends to be dark gray, so that the color stands out more.
The choice of facade certainly depends on the wishes of each home owner, but for my 1-story house, the tall facade makes the house look more dashing and also feels spacious. Maybe next time I can add a mezzanine too.

✨Facade at Dusk✨
I really like the sunset atmosphere like this. We use an automatic switch which is set to turn on every 6 o'clock.
What I really like the most is the entrance to this house, where it doesn't go straight through the door, but there is a ramp (3rd slide). So everyone who enters this house can enjoy the beauty of the plants.

The facade of our house is now like this, hmm, maybe it falls into the modern minimalist category.
There are many references to facades with rosters, we were inspired to apply rosters as a terrace cover but air can still enter.

• Facades
The facade of my small house is from the developer, who slightly adheres to the Japanese style facade design and I didn't change it much, because of the developer's regulations, the front appearance and exterior paint cannot be changed at all because that is a characteristic in this cluster. Everything looks uniform. and it was neat so I just changed the back side to add a room above on the 2nd and 3rd floors...

Facade of AK House

Our facade is in the shape of a box. It could be called a box house among other neighbors, because we are the only ones who have a box-shaped facade. We were inspired by a simple coffee shop facade with a minimalist theme. For decoration on the facade, there is a semi-transparent perforated fence, a fence with vents that we deliberately made for air entry, we use white electrical boxes and the cables are wrapped so that they are neat, so that We plug the lamp that shines into the varigata ketapang below so that the result makes the walls of our house decorated with the shadows of its leaves.

The style theme of my house's facade is minimalist monochrome. The roof uses dual black bitumen and the walls use Mowilex exterior gray, which makes the monochrome style even stronger. The plants used are calathea and there is golden farigata. • Modern Facade of Himfari's House •
Hello O!House friends, the facade of Himfari's House is modern style with large windows. The addition of a balcony that uses a tempered glass railing and canopy is also an implementation of modern style, because the glass material can transmit light into the house so that the inside of the house remains bright.
On the side of the balcony that borders the neighbor, a full lattice railing is installed up to the top and blends with the canopy. This barrier is a safety measure so that children do not climb. At the top of the barrier, tempered glass is also installed to reduce leakage when it rains.

The facade is still not finished in the fence, yard and garden area. My house is in a complex area that is not fenced. But it's free if you want to use the fence, no problem.
At first glance, you can see that the facade of this house is vintage style with a farmhouse touch. I chose a simple farmhouse concept because the renovation of this type 45 house did not change the developer's original facade. I like its homey feel. Like a house in the countryside. I repainted the door color with sage mint. I like this color tone. The impression is cool.

From the start of looking for a house, my husband and I looked at several recommendations for houses, but this house was the one we chose because the facade, which I liked, was quite unique, plus there were additional wooden elements on the front, which were already there from the developer, which you can see. 6 meter facade, 1 storey house.
Many people think this house is a 2-story house, considering the height of the facade we made. Initially, we drew this house with a facade approximately 4 meters high like the picture shown at the end of the post. But along the way changes occurred. We want access to the house to be more closed to provide freedom when doing activities in the garden area, as well as for security reasons. Finally we decided to raise the fence, more or less to 1.6-1.8 m.
To compensate for the high fence, we also raised the facade so that the face of the house remains visible, and is not drowned out by the fence. This facade is the hallmark of our house. The towering facade of a 1-story house.

This is the facade of my house, scandinavian style. Why choose this style? Because I think this is the most suitable and suits my character 🤭. Even though there were changes at the end of the renovation, we finally chose to fix the design as it is now. And it turns out that my facade is liked by many people 😍. Because I like white and earth tones, I chose natural colors and a combination of wood accents. I didn't use all kinds of materials, just regular plaster and finished with white paint, used GRC lisplank to access the wood, I added a nicer roster to the front.

• Functional Facade •
Hello O!House friends, my house facade design was created to facilitate our needs as home owners.
1. The typical large window on the left side provides abundant light in the bedroom area.
2. The canopy extends in the middle of the facade to shade the stair area so that it protects us from rain when entering the house.
3. A triangular canopy protects the balcony from rain.
4. The choice of canopy covering material from tempered glass allows light to still enter the house.
5. The fence on the right side, apart from being a support structure for the canopy, is also to ensure that children do not fall.
6. The balcony railing material of hollow iron and tempered glass was chosen to avoid the risk of children getting caught in the railing compared to if the design was lattice.
7. The house number is on both sides of the column (parallel to the vehicle's coming and going direction) making it easier for the courier to find the house number.

Korean cafe flavor facade
I made this facade with a Korean house theme, almost like the style of cafes in Korea
Korean cafes are very synonymous with large clear glass windows, half glass doors, which seem minimalist but cute
I also placed terrace tables and chairs in front of the facade so that if you want to hang out, you don't have to go all the way to the cafe, just make a cup of coffee & snack, sit on the terrace while enjoying the afternoon vibes of the sky which is still blue.
