The facade of Casa de Likan house remains consistent with the Moroccan Mediterranean theme with a tropical touch. Satusama Facade. Initially we wanted a clean and bold facade appearance with a monochrome theme. The processed shapes of boxes and lines with curves and the monochrome color of the dominant black metal sheet were chosen. The facade of the house could probably be categorized as modern minimalist, because actually the developer didn't change too much to the facade that came with it during the last renovation. Even though deep in my heart I really want to completely renovate the facade of the house so that it reflects the interior inside the house. However, in order to reduce the budget, we were forced to renovate a little and keep the old roof. The choice of color for the facade also focuses on colors such as white, black, gray and wood color. For decoration, we gave a terracotta touch to all the plant pots and rosters. During yesterday's renovation we made a gas cabinet in the carport area which can accommodate 2 12kg gas cylinders. The gas installation uses a pipe planted under the floor from the carport area to the kitchen area. So when you replace the gas cylinder, the "gas fitter" doesn't need to carry the gas cylinder into the house. Just replace it in the carport area. For the facade of Bilall's house, I chose an industrial style with neutral colors of white, black/brown. House Facade 🏡 The facade style of our house is minimalist. We bought this house from a developer, and we haven't changed much. The structure of the building is still the same, we only changed the window model, replaced the developer's natural stone walls with wood planks and also changed the wall paint. We chose our wood plank with wooden elements to combine with white paint. We chose white and wooden elements to make it more minimalist and match the interior. Don't forget, we chose quality exterior paint and wood plank that can withstand rainy and hot weather so that it lasts longer. Our house is on a hook land flanked by 2 roads in this housing complex, so our house seems to have 3 facades, namely the front view, the side view and the back view. The front facade of our house is greatly influenced by the service room at the front of the house. So we use different and more attractive service room materials. The combination of attached brick and unfinished roster as well as sliding doors with sliding iron, really gives an industrial impression. The facade is also dominated by black, both for the color of the hollow iron and also the exterior paint on the outside walls of the house.
