Fell in love at first sight when I saw this facade design...
The theme is industrial, simple, and looks spacious for the width of this house which is only 6 meters.
Honestly, there isn't much decoration on the facade of the house because I'm still confused about what to do with it...
There are concrete chairs on the terrace of the house for sitting if there are guests who want to hang out in front of the house...
The plants are quite minimalist, there are only lilis cactus, calathea in the minimalist garden...
In front of the door, there is greenery, add kebo rubber and a cute little monstera...

Our house is on a hook land flanked by 2 roads in this housing complex, so our house seems to have 3 facades, namely the front view, the side view and the back view.
The front facade of our house is greatly influenced by the service room at the front of the house. So we use different and more attractive service room materials. The combination of attached brick and unfinished roster as well as sliding doors with sliding iron, really gives an industrial impression.
The facade is also dominated by black, both for the color of the hollow iron and also the exterior paint on the outside walls of the house.
This house also looks like a 1-story building, even though we have a mezzanine floor inside

The facade of our house with a simple industrial design, the shape is just a box like its name - 𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙨, which means box house in German.

Not many ornaments to reduce the budget. The walls use exposed cement plaster with terracotta roster for air circulation.

With a building width of only 4 meters, which is usually the carport and terrace area in front of the house, we chose to place it on the side of the house.

What comes to your mind when you hear a house next to a cemetery?
Scared? Scary? Taboo? And maybe there are many more negative thoughts about this. Yes, honestly, we did choose to buy this house (before it was renovated) because the selling price was very affordable. We bought this house from a relative, because this house was unoccupied so it would be a shame if it was abandoned.
For those of us who are not sensitive to mystical issues, it is easy to ignore all the negative thoughts of others. Moreover, even though it is next to a cemetery, the location of this complex is very strategic with children's schools, shopping centers and of course close to parents' houses too.
What other people don't know, the house on the hook next to the cemetery:
- there is a parking lot for guests
- access can be from the front and side
- a back garden can be made with extra roster on the side and side door.
- fresh air flows all the time
- sunlight is not blocked by buildings
- don't worry about the above things being lost because no permanent buildings will be built.
- be more self-aware because we are always reminded of death.
So wherever we live, be grateful and enjoy it. Love where you live 💙🩵

The simple facade at #RumahAngsoka still has the appearance of glass, steel and exposed cement materials. There are palm trees, pine trees, and lee kwan yew trees that beautify the front of the house. To add a more unique impression, we add 30x30 granite with Nusantara/Batik motifs.

Finally we can add a fence in the front area of the terrace of the house. Fence with industrial design using curved iron pipe and the middle filling of the fence frame using expanda. The size of the fence is 320 x 185 cm.. for the fence wall with kamprot finishing with water rope accents.
We also added a wireless bell to facilitate communication with guests who come.

We both have simple goals. Namely wanting to have a house that is different from his neighbors. From there we focused on looking for plots. We entered several housing estates to look at the plots, various sizes & different prices. Until finally I found the right area and thank God at the right price too😆 After the process of buying a plot, of course it wasn't this easy to build. It took a process of 5 years until QT finally decided to build (think about it shay). 5th year, thank God, we got together, and voila! Become our dream house with my husband's design 🩷

Our house facade has an industrial theme.
Starting from the black exterior wall color, the carport & fence using black hollow iron, and exposed brick walls that are made unfinished looks.
Many people ask if the house is hot because it uses black exterior paint.
With the concept of cross ventilation, high ceiling, all doors & windows are large & wide, open space rooms, the presence of an inner courtyard & balcony, thank God we do not feel the scorching heat. In fact, it feels cool inside the house.

The facade of Rumah Jelajah is simple and modest.
This facade concept is semi-industrial by exposing concrete and roster materials. As well as a simply designed iron fence.
We really like the industrial concept because of its philosophy which is like a simple honest human being and does not pretend.
This house is a standard type 36 developer and there are no significant changes, the facade still maintains its original shape. There is only the addition of roster and iron fences and a canopy roof above the garage.
The choice of colors dominated by gray and black is because our family's favorite colors are neutral colors like gray and black. 😊

The facade of the Woori house has a tropical industrial theme, with a dominant color of black, gray and white, harmonized with wooden accents from WPC (wood plastic composite) in a vertical shape to make it look 'eyecathing'. This WPC is formed with hollow iron to form a vertical line. WPC from the factory is 20cm, we cut it 10cm so that the line looks slim, formed with hollow iron so that it sticks out 4cm and given a distance between lines of 5cm.
For the window frame, use black aluminum with a French window concept, in the form of small boxes for security so that it does not require a trellis. In our opinion, the trellis damages the aesthetics of the building facade. French windows are the right solution as a replacement.
