To support the consistency of the Industrial Rustic theme, our house is not far from cement, wood, brick and metal elements. Which gives the effect of natural color tones such as black, brown and gray.
This house is designed with many custom interiors made by local craftsmen to support MSMEs. From the bed, cupboard and storage, we customize everything from pressed teak wood pieces and still maintain the natural wood grain as a motif.
All furniture is maximized to be made into storage so that there are not many items displayed in our house. Of course this makes our house look more spacious.
The selection of items is always thought out repeatedly so that they really provide a storage function. Yes, our house has very few "tritilan", although sometimes we are tempted too, right?! ☺️
Some of the remaining patterned tiles we use to make wooden benches that we can move to various rooms according to their function
We make the floor from cement without coating, completely pure cement. Hairline cracks and striped cement motifs make this house CONSISTENTLY industrial.
Except for the bedroom, we use gray patterned ceramics to give a clean impression

A small kitchen measuring 2 x 2.3m in order to maximize storage space in the kitchen, a custom kitchen set was made by adjusting the proportions of the room.

SOMETHING IN THE CORNER… ❤️
… previously in this corner at that time there was a washing machine (mojok laundry room). Honestly, the washing machine here is a bit unsightly, especially mine 😀. The room looks cramped and less aesthetic. So, because it's close to the dining room, I tried to make this corner into a place to wash hands before and after eating 😀. The wash basin that I use is terrazzo combined with a custom teak wood wash basin cupboard or table, the wash basin walls are plastered with hexagonal ceramics in a random arrangement, as are some of the floors, then as usual I give a touch of artificial plants... what do you think? More aesthetic, right? (The last slide is the before). Decorating a 3x3m room is indeed difficult, because the room is small so we need to arrange it well.
In this room, we have a lot of custom furniture, because it is not possible to buy ready-made furniture because of the limited size.
But after it was done with a custom size, it became like this, in this room we deliberately did not install a TV to watch because we really wanted to use it for resting 🤍

The family room is intentionally designed to be integrated with the central garden and dining room, separated by large folding glass doors to give the impression of a spacious room.
The many openings make this house a comfortable place to gather with family, both nuclear family and extended family gatherings.
We maintain minimalist custom furniture to maintain the consistency of the "Industrial Rustic" theme
Watching TV, playing games that involve physical activity (eg learning to skateboard 😅) or just sitting and chatting enjoying the breeze coming from several openings.
Sometimes a barbecue party in the central garden without worrying about smoke getting trapped inside the house.
Feels "empty" ?! YES !! we agree not to add many household details to keep the theme of the house prominent.

Beautifying the interior of the house is done while still considering its functional aspects.
such as the clam Shell tray that was inspired when our family was on vacation in Bali.
or pillowcases with a red chicken logo that we ordered custom directly from the craftsman.
lamps with stand lamps made of iron, we put them in the corner of the stairs as additional lighting and to beautify the corner of the room.
There is also an industrial wooden stool that we use for an additional chair. This stool fits perfectly with the industrial theme of our house.
The interior design of the house is inspired by many fellow home decor lovers. We just need to adjust it to the theme of the house and still have functional value

A special room for our family to gather.
Weekend is the long-awaited day, where the children are allowed to sleep later.
