Actually, it's just a simple design, originally the idea was from genkan in Japanese home design, but we didn't want to make different levels in the house for security reasons and ease of mobility. Behind the door there is a car/motorcycle key hanger and an umbrella, bag, and jacket rack.
Because the main door opens from the side, we made a partition so that the stairs area is not directly visible. This partition is made functional for display shelves at the top and storage drawers at the bottom. The shape of the partition is also curved to make it more attractive and the color and material match our interior color palette.

The first place we step on in our house is here... the intersection of 3 spaces between the bathroom, the bedroom or the living/dining room
