• Practical and Durable Renovation Materials • Hello, O!House friends, when renovating the kitchen, I used cast materials for the dining table and kitchen table, with a cheap and cheerful 60x120cm granite tile finishing. Because it is used in many places (kitchen table top, top surface, front and sides of the dining table), the use of granite tiles can be saved. Cast materials are quite practical because they only use the services of a builder (who also renovates the house) so that they no longer need to pay for materials or interior labor. Permanent (cast) kitchen and dining tables with strong finishing also prevent the surface from being damaged quickly, thus saving maintenance costs or replacement costs. Peek at the Affordable Kitchen Materials I Use Hi neighbor 👋🏻 This tiny kitchen is dominated by white and wood, for the table top area I used 60cm granite flooring for around 120 thousand, I used less than 3 pieces, for the backsplash I just covered it with vinyl wallpaper which is very easy to apply because it's peel and stick so you just have to stick it on. For the price it's very affordable, it's only around 9 thousand For the kitchen set I use, it's only 1.1 million including the hanging cabinet and the cabinet below. Affordable materials available in our house: 1. The canopy part of the carport as a layer under the tempered glass uses bamboo slats, besides being cheaper, the appearance is also attractive. 2. The backyard because of lack of sunlight so the grass does not grow well, the alternative is we use stone, but we use split stone bought at a hardware store, the cost is cheaper than using decorative stone and the appearance also seems more in tune with nature. 3. For the kitchen toptable and backsplash using the same material, using granite tiles measuring 320x160 one sheet divided into two, the price is much cheaper than natural marble and the resistance to stains is better because there are no pores. 4. The stairs initially wanted to use real wood but after calculating the budget it was more economical to use conwood, and the results were also good like wood because there were fibers, easy maintenance. This bathroom is very small, and we renovated it completely, we replaced all the wall areas with terrazzo motif granite and granite tiles. With the dominant color selection of white to make it look wider, brighter and cleaner. Previously, the wet area/shower near the therapy door was moved or swapped with the closet during the renovation.
