HIDDEN DOOR WITH A SECRET ROOM ✨
As you guys know, there are many hidden stuff in Hatta Home because we really like something hidden and hard to guess hehe for example the hidden door that camouflages as a kitchen cabinet.
Does anyone know where the hidden door in Hatta Home leads to? Yes! This hidden door leads to our laundry area, storage room & helper bedroom. The total area inside this hidden door is 16 square meters, but because Hatta Home is a growing house, we have not completely renovated this area.
But now let's talk about the laundry area first! Hatta Home chooses to use a separate washing machine and dryer for efficiency because you can use both at the same time. Then, Hatta Home also uses a portable washing machine to wash doormats, dirty rags and other cleaning wipes so that they don't get mixed with clothes.
We dry clothes using a dryer and don't dry them in the sun, but we still provide a sturdy stainless steel folding clothesline to simply hang towels that are still in use.
Honestly, we can't wait to renovate the laundry area to be neater and more functional with cabinets later✨

Cupboard with hidden door.
We deliberately customized this wardrobe so that it can be adjusted to your needs. Apart from that, this cupboard can also cover the bathroom door.
This cupboard measures L 3m x H 2.4m x W 60cm. With sliding door. For the size of the folding clothes area, there are 10 spaces measuring 40x30. Very enough for storing clothes.
So this room looks neat. Hope it inspires.

“Prioritize Sleep Comfort Even Though It’s Tiny.”
The 3 x 2.5m guest room contains only a queen-size bed and some decorative items such as a night light, blanket basket and synthetic plants.
There is a hidden room behind the wall panel that can function as a wardrobe or store other items.

The sink is adjacent to the hidden bathroom door... Yupp, next to the sink is the door to the bathroom, at first glance it doesn't look like there's a door, right😁😁... the room was deliberately made plain to make it look more spacious in a small and corner room,,,, with a touch of wood motif wall panels, making this room looks simple but elegant... hopefully it will inspire😊

Our house highlights are Ofuro & Hidden Door🤍
The origin of the name Ofuro House is because we have a soaking pool in the back garden, aka Ofuro in Japanese.
In addition, we also renovated the hidden door to limit the private area, so that the house is more comfortable (for us introverts🫣)

So, this is a transition area that connects the living room area with the private area. Initially this area was actually open, but during the design process we decided to make a hidden door so that private areas such as rooms & bathrooms could be somewhat 'hidden'. This transition area is really just a sink & cabinet which we adjusted in size to fit the existing walls😄

One of the renovations that changed the atmosphere of our house the most was vinyl flooring & hidden HPL doors! Previously, our house floor used 40x40cm ceramics and there was no door to the private area. When we decided to renovate using vinyl flooring & hidden HPL doors, the atmosphere of the house immediately changed 180 degrees and automatically felt more homey🤍
