The facade, which was built in 2014, has a modern minimalist concept style. Over time, the concept changed to a mid century modern facade. We renovated the facade with additions in several places, such as the upper area of the carport which was changed to a balcony and we also raised the walls on the right and left sides by installing a roaster. . Because we like it when air enters the house, the windows in this house are many and high, both in the lower and upper areas, but on one side of the house it faces west, where of course the sun appears from noon to evening. • Japandi style facade The first house we chose had a Japanese-style facade which was already built in from the developer.
