Hi from Daśa Cavana!
Welcome to the type 36 house facade. This house has a front width of 7 meters and a rear length of 11.5 meters. Daśa Cavana is located in a residential area so it has the same Scandinavian shape in every house. Luckily the developer has provisions for changing materials, colors and small details! Happy me!
I chose this Scandinavian Industrial style because even though it only has 1 floor, it looks like it has a mezzanine because it is 5.5 meters high. This house has high ceilings to make it feel cooler, because the incoming hot air will be trapped far above the occupants.
I chose gray and a touch of brick to get an industrial atmosphere. The colors I choose tend to be dark, so that mold and mildew stains will be hidden and require minimal maintenance. This is what made me decide to design a house in Scandinavian Industrial style!

The kitchen in our house is only 3x2 meters in size, with three division areas. The first section is for electronic goods, the second area is a cooking area complete with a sink and the third area is a serving area. To maximize space, the kitchen is made with lots of storage space, so it looks clean and tidy. As a decorative item, we added a shelf as a place for spices to beautify the appearance of the kitchen. We also added 2 hanging lamps above the minibar as focal points in this kitchen.

Japandi Industrial on limited land
At first we liked the industrial style. We like the masculine appearance of the design and also seem timeless. But we didn't want a style that was too stiff and cold. We wanted to maintain a warm element so we combined an industrial style with wooden accents and white. Finally, we called our house style Japandi Industrial.
The industrial accent in our home can be seen from:
1. Void chandelier
2. Floating staircase design
3. Bondex ceiling above the kitchen
4. Black furniture, equipment and decorations
5. Granite Tiles are light gray in color.
Meanwhile, the Japanese accent can be seen from:
1. Mezzanine grille made of solid wood
2. Stair steps made of solid wood
3. Natural wood colored kitchen set with grille accents
4. White & wood colored furniture.
5. Natural wood colored decoration.

The modern-industrial facade is a copy of the Japanese house! 🥹🥹
During the renovation we chose a simple and unique facade inspired by modern Japanese houses. The fence was chosen with an exposed cement finish and was inspired by the work of Japanese architect, Tadao Ando.
What makes this facade unique is that it is like boxes that are stacked unevenly so that a 1 meter overhang is formed. This overhang also functions to increase the building area on the 2nd floor.
Apart from the square shape, the monochrome colors of gray and white can give a modern impression, the industrial impression can be obtained from the exposed fence walls and fences made from perforated materials.

Hi...A little story about the table in this living room. The original table top was white. So, because the children often draw on this table, the table is full of children's creativity, lots of marker stains that are difficult to clean. So that this table can still be used and is beautiful again, I made over the table using PVC film with Sonoma Oak motif from Kertasiv. After the makeover, the table is beautiful and clean again.

This house actually doesn't have an absolute concept, but the paint and furniture are dominated by neutral colors with a minimalist theme because our residence is very small, which makes us selective in choosing furniture so it doesn't look cramped.
The front area of the house is given a slight industrial touch on the carport wall with a water rope motif and an expanded fence.
We also gave the terrace area a lil bit of boho style with a touch of rattan lights.

Bush House Theme
From the moment we renovated this house, we wanted a house that was bright with lots of window openings, could accommodate my hobby as a plant lover, and a simple but unique facade.
then the Shrub House with a Tropical Industrial and modern theme was created. Three themes were chosen at once because we like simplicity in the industrial theme, relief in the tropical theme and neatness in the modern theme.
The industrial theme is clearly visible in the fence with perforated material, the fence wall and part of the back garden with exposed cement finishing. The tropical theme can be seen in the many plants, large windows, high ceilings, fish pond and wooden decking. The modern theme can be seen from the minimalist box-shaped facade with a dominant white and gray color.

If asked what style my house has, I will always answer transitional style. A style that may still sound foreign to many people.
But in short, transitional style is a combination of several interior design styles, including farmhouse, classic, rustic, vintage, etc. This mix of styles makes the room feel less stiff, and the main goal is of course to create a comfortable space but still has an inviting, luxurious impression. In addition, a house with this style aims to get a timeless look, so it can still look relevant even though it's not new anymore. I was very inspired by a design studio called Studio Mcgee, the rooms are always beautiful, luxurious, but not excessive.
Not there yet, but it's okay to hope to be similar ;)

Industrial Modern Tropical House
Shatucerita is a combination of several things in my and my husband's heads, in which there is exposed cement on most of the walls, a touch of white paint, and don't forget the green plants inside and outside the house. The addition of dark and light colored wooden furniture is our main theme in decorating the contents of the house.
The core area of this house is the living room which is used as a place to gather, eat or just have fun at the end of the day.

Having a house with limited land makes us think about maximizing the space at home. Like this cabinet under the stairs, we function it as a warehouse, dispenser, shoe rack, and the top of the cabinet for storage. This staircase cabinet design takes a Japandi theme with the choice of wood grain patterned HPL.
