This area was deliberately created for children's reading activities, coincidentally children like to read. So the books are deliberately placed at the lower level so that children can immediately put them back when they have finished reading. The shelf used here is the IKEA Kallax Shelf. The bottom 2 rows also use boxes from IKEA so that the children's toys and school supplies can be placed in the boxes.
