Kitchen Renovation Process: From Improper to Dream Kitchen

Our old kitchen was built by the developer, and frankly, it was far from ideal. The height was disproportionate, making it difficult for me to cook. Plus, the standard design and inadequate materials made the kitchen feel uncomfortable and less functional.

Seeing this condition, my family and I decided to completely renovate the kitchen to better suit our needs. This project was a long journey, but the end result was very satisfying—our dream kitchen is now a reality!

Renovation Process
1. Functional Design and Materials
We chose full cabinets all the way to the ceiling to maximize storage space. These cabinets use a wood motif that gives a warm and aesthetic impression, combined with gray solid surfaces for the backsplash and toptable. This combination creates a modern and elegant impression.
2. Protection Against Termites
The lower cabinets are made of PVC material to be free from termite problems and more durable. The lower cabinets are specially designed to store cooking utensils, cutlery, and a special drawer for spices.
3. Choosing the Right Floor
The kitchen floor uses dark granite which is not only sturdy and durable but also gives a luxurious look. In addition, the dark color helps to hide stains, making the kitchen easier to maintain.

Dream Kitchen Facilities

Now, my kitchen is equipped with various modern cooking tools that make cooking activities more practical and enjoyable:
• Coffee machine for more productive mornings.
• Dish dryer to ensure that cutlery is always hygienic.
• Slow cooker, oven, and air fryer to explore new recipes.
• Three-burner stove that is enough for daily cooking needs.

Each tool has a special place in the cabinet, making the kitchen look neat and functional.

Final Result: Dream Kitchen Comes True

After the renovation, our kitchen has completely changed. Now, the kitchen is not only a place to cook, but also a favorite room in the house. With a beautiful design and supporting cooking tools, I feel more enthusiastic about trying various new menus for my family.

This process does require effort and planning, but the end result is very satisfying. The dream kitchen is now a reality! #Kitchenset #kitchensetminimalis #kabinetHPLtaco #KabinetPVC #SolidSurfaceAbu #BacksplaceSolidSurface #TopTableSolidSurface #CatAbuDulux #MyDreamKitchen #KitchenRenovation

When choosing items for your home, our priority is function. Each item should have a clear role that makes everyday activities easier. However, we also believe that function alone is not enough—aesthetic design is also important to create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere at home.

Tips for Choosing Functional and Aesthetic Items for Your Home
1. Prioritize Needs
Choose items that you really need and will use often. Function is always the top priority.
2. Harmonious Design
Choose items with designs that match the theme of your home, such as minimalist, modern, or classic. This helps create visual harmony.
3. Proportional Size
Make sure the item is not too big or small for the available space. Functional items should also be comfortable to place.
4. Quality Materials
Look for durable items, such as solid wood, metal, or high-quality plastic. Aesthetics also come from materials that look premium.
5. Choose Neutral Colors or the Right Combination
Neutral colors like white, gray, or pastels are easy to combine. If you want accents, choose colors that support the feel of your home.
6. Think Storage
Choose items that are multifunctional or have additional storage space, such as an ottoman with drawers or a folding table.
7. Read Reviews or See Inspiration
Before you buy, check out other users' experiences or look at home decor references to make sure the item is a good fit.
