Our story of finding a house is quite long, we have done several surveys in several places but have not found a match until finally we found a housing complex that is not too far from the center of Depok, and a house with fairly close toll access.
Judging from the environment, this is very suitable for us, a millennial couple who just have one child, and the building area is not that big but enough for the three of us.
It is true what people say, a house is like a soul mate, no matter where you look, if it is not suitable, you will not have it, but if it is suitable, the road feels easy. Amen .. hopefully this house can give birth to many memories of our little family, hopefully it inspires ✨🫶🏻

💸 Economical budget canopy 💸
Initially we wanted to make a canopy with double layer + hollow alderon material.
But because we were on a budget, we got around it by still using alderon but in the single layer version and using light steel painted dove black, so that the appearance of the canopy still looks minimalist and neat.😉

While the left and right sides of the house have been renovated into two floors, this house still uses the developer's initial design. Now it looks like Mbah Carl's house from the movie UP. Hehehe

This is the face or facade of our house that stands in a cluster. We added a wall fence and iron fence for comfort, privacy and security.
Our black and white developer design also added a fence and canopy as well as brick accents in the front porch area to give an industrial impression to this facade.
