As soon as you open the door, you are immediately greeted by this area. Yes, we designed this foyer as a starting point that gives a very warm & mid-century vibe to guests who come (and also to ourselves when we return home).
✨ The wooden slat wall was deliberately made to stand out — not only as a visual statement, but also to add privacy. So, the view from the entrance does not directly penetrate the family room. It is calmer, more organized.
✨ This table is multifunctional: not just a console, but also a hidden shoe rack. Keeps the area tidy without sacrificing function.
✨ There is a round backlit mirror for quick touch-ups before leaving the house, and some functional decorations such as a key bowl & diffuser for a fresh scent.
✨ Don't forget to also have green plants so that when you enter the house it immediately feels alive and cool.

The kitchen is parallel to the dining room-pantry, making access to serving food faster.
We separate the kitchen-dining room with an indoor fish pond and an Ulin wooden bridge. The presence of an indoor fish pond provides a cooler atmosphere in the kitchen so that cooking becomes more comfortable.
Our kitchen interior focuses on the gray "stone" color of the floor and backsplash using the same ceramic. The table top is simply with "concrete cement" for an industrial impression. For the totality of the industrial kitchen set, it is installed using HPL with a stone motif. This matching color tone is quite helpful in making the impression of a more spacious kitchen, even though in reality the kitchen is quite small.
Contrast with the dining room-pantry. The interior is made "warmer" from the wood color and industrial accents in the lighting section. A solid table becomes the point of view of the dining room. Tips for making a room more spacious are to choose furniture and household appliances that are still in the same tone.

Tropical Modern Bathroom
Dare to use wooden furniture in this main bathroom area because this area is not humid. Because there is an opening facing the void and the opening is not tight, 100% air circulation is always there.
We made the void and sink areas dry. How to clean it is enough to just mop and occasionally brush + flush + dry mop.
There is still 1 homework in this main bathroom, namely the mirror has not been installed. Hopefully it can be installed soon :).

In this tiny house, we utilize an empty room as a home office—a place where we work, think, and express our ideas. Since my husband often works from home, having a special, comfortable space is very important to help him stay focused without disturbing other family activities.
The table and shelves are made of solid wood with a timeless design. We deliberately chose strong materials and a design that can continue to be used in the long term—because later, this room can be converted into a study table and cupboard when the children grow up. ✨
We also made the decorations personal. There are my husband's childhood cars, motivational quotes that always encourage him, and decorative lights to create a comfortable and warm working atmosphere. The chairs were also chosen to be comfortable but still in harmony with the overall theme of the room.

One of the best decisions when designing this tiny house was to choose an open space concept—combining the kitchen, dining room, and family room in one main area.
Without many partitions, the room feels more spacious, airy, and alive. In fact, the only natural partition is the kitchen island which also functions as additional storage and a serving area.
To keep it neat and functional, we chose compact but multifunctional furniture, as well as hidden storage in various corners. Don't forget to add decorative elements that keep the house warm and personal.
This concept is not only about aesthetics, but also about the comfort of everyday life. Because in this one room, we can: cook, work, eat, play with the kids — without being separated.

Open space kitchen & dining? Yes, please! 🍽️✨
One of my favorite areas in this house: the kitchen and dining room that are connected without a partition! There is no divider between the two—just a kitchen island that functions as a natural divider, as well as a multifunctional area for preparing food or chatting casually over coffee ☕.
To make it even more harmonious, we used the same material for these two areas: a combination of solid wood & matching marble top table, making the kitchen and dining room look warm and elegant at the same time.
And it doesn't stop there—this open space concept also directly integrates with the living room, so all the main areas in the house can remain connected and feel more spacious. 🌿
