To support the consistency of the Industrial Rustic theme, our house is not far from cement, wood, brick and metal elements. Which gives the effect of natural color tones such as black, brown and gray.
This house is designed with many custom interiors made by local craftsmen to support MSMEs. From the bed, cupboard and storage, we customize everything from pressed teak wood pieces and still maintain the natural wood grain as a motif.
All furniture is maximized to be made into storage so that there are not many items displayed in our house. Of course this makes our house look more spacious.
The selection of items is always thought out repeatedly so that they really provide a storage function. Yes, our house has very few "tritilan", although sometimes we are tempted too, right?! ☺️
Some of the remaining patterned tiles we use to make wooden benches that we can move to various rooms according to their function
We make the floor from cement without coating, completely pure cement. Hairline cracks and striped cement motifs make this house CONSISTENTLY industrial.
Except for the bedroom, we use gray patterned ceramics to give a clean impression

This is our rooftop.. still plain.. we plan to put some plants here.
But for now, this is it while waiting for the funds.. 🤭
For this rooftop, we used pocket-friendly materials, even though the appearance is quite aesthetic (in my opinion 😆)
The ironwood that we used as a seat is only 36 thousand/piece..
For the lights, it's a DIY result, my husband and I came up with the idea, the craftsman did the work 🤭 (black shade 7 thousand, round iron shade 46 thousand, LED lights 14 thousand) for the pole, we bought long iron and then made it curved.
And what makes this house feel like a holiday is the presence of a thatched roof above the door. The price of the thatched roof is only 6 thousand/piece. Cheap but aesthetic, right? 😍

The balcony in our house, besides functioning as an outdoor terrace, also functions as a source of light and air circulation. That's why the balcony floor is made of steel mesh that goes all the way to the 1st floor. For those who are afraid of heights, it usually gives them a little goosebumps.
We let the pule tree from the 1st floor grow all the way to the balcony, where this tree grows very quickly when it finds sunlight.
