House Facade ✨
The industrial-themed facade of #BruwnHouse is dominated by brown and black colors. Beams using list plank material make the impression of this house tall. Actually, the facade of this house is what caught our attention, because we think it is quite unique and different.
Another material that makes this house even more industrial is the use of hollow iron and PVC ceiling on the canopy roof.

Even though it is a standard developer facade, that is what made us fall in love with this house 😍 because from the outside it looks like a minimalist and modern house.
We chose a minimalist design because we think minimalism is synonymous with timeless and clean. To balance the neutral color of the facade, we combined several materials so that our house has a strong character:
🏡 Roster walls to add dynamic accents but still minimalist
🪨 Natural stone walls to add a natural impression
⬛ Perforated black iron fence combined with wood planks adds a simple and masculine impression but still natural

The facade of the house is very tricky, especially if you buy a developer cluster house that cannot be changed.
You can see the strong Japandi on the facade of this house 😍
We chose this house because we fell in love with its Japandi facade. It has a minimalist touch but the Japaneseness is still strong from the color of the facade.
To make it even more Japanese, we added a canopy with a brown ceiling.

The facade of Y.A House can be said to be simple and minimalist.
We adjust the facade style to the theme of the house which is simple but still looks homey.
We chose the color of the facade and the front appearance of the house to be predominantly light and dark gray, so that it can be combined with teak wood and frames with black paint.
The materials we chose were not diverse, only a touch of conwood was given to the exterior walls so that there was a slightly industrial impression.

🌸 Simply White Aesthetic 🌸
Finally the facade and terrace area of my house changed color ✨
I wanted to change it to a cute color, but I was afraid of getting bored easily, so I finally decided to paint everything white.
The walls, ceiling, door, small terrace, and fence are all white.
I chose white to make it simpler and cleaner, although it will be a bit extra to maintain it later 😅
Repainting this front area has indeed been budgeted for maintenance every 3 years, because if you dare to have a house, you must dare to have a special fund for its maintenance 💸
Then I also made a mudroom in front of the door so that shoes and jackets are neat and don't need to be brought inside, because they are dirty. I used a simple shoe rack made of wood with a light wood color, then I added hooks to hang jackets and helmets so they don't get messy.
Now I also match the color of the cleaning furniture, so that when hung like this it looks neat and harmonious.
The budget for the maintenance area is not too much, only around 1.5 million including the cost of the craftsman.
It is possible to make your house beautiful again with a minimal budget, as long as you are willing to put in more effort to find the most affordable price for its maintenance needs ✨

Mini Vina House Terrace Renovation 🏡
In mid-2022, we decided to renovate the terrace which was intended to add a concrete seating space on the terrace as an additional room in the house, or it could be used as an additional place when gathering with the extended family.
Actually, there were not many changes to the facade itself, just adding a little roaster to the wall to make it look more beautiful, and cool because air can enter through the roaster gap.
In addition, we added a canopy with hollow iron, UPVC, and clear Carbolux for the canopy roof, so that during the day it is not too hot because it uses 1/2 UPVC, and so that sunlight can still enter the house by using 1/2 clear Carbolux.
We also repaired the damaged carport cement by using ceramics with white coral stones in between.
Although not much has been changed in this renovation, the changes are very different from the appearance of the terrace of the house before it was renovated.
For the renovation budget, it is very economical, and fortunately we got a craftsman who is very communicative and good at his work.

Our house facade did not change much, just adding a roaster and changing the paint to white. Replacing the ceiling using PVC so that there is a touch of wood adds to the aesthetics of the house.
The fence is not made tightly closed with fiber so that we can see outside the house from under the fence.

Space Transformation ✨
After 3 years of living in it, we just had the chance to make over the carport and terrace.
