One tip to make a timeless design is the selection of color nuances in the room and furniture.
In one corner of this office, we chose a combination of 4 fairly neutral colors, namely wood motifs, cement, black and white patterns. So that the decoration and furniture we play in the 4 colors/patterns.
The table legs are recycled from the old office wall, plus a Carta brand HPL-coated multiplex table top, designed simply so that it is easy to clean.
The room is beautified with affordable hanging lamps with 3000K yellow lights.
Almost the majority of furniture we bought from the market place and of course it is highly recommended to have. Come on, those who want to be the same!

Make the Home Prayer Room more comfortable to worship.
Carrying a modern minimalist concept, the renovation of the prayer room which was previously a small bedroom was changed to be open and the floor was increased by about 20cm.
To make it unique, on the front left side of the prayer room wall there is a roster, deliberately installed upside down the back of the roster motif, actually this is the remaining roster from the house fence so rather than wasting it, I just installed it here.
The prayer room floor uses gray granite marble, half of the prayer room wall is installed with precut mosaic checkered ceramics with dark green grout, the typical color of the prayer room is all green. Half of the wall and above is just a regular wall with neutral white paint. The ceiling uses striped PVC.
The use of modern style furniture, poster frames of the words Allah & Muhammad are arranged on acrylic shelves, folding shelves to arrange the Qur'an and books, closed round bedside tables to store prayer clothes neatly, the addition of ceiling hanging lamps, standing lamps, table lamps, mini carpets for prayer mats and fans for cooler air circulation in the prayer room.

Here it is! (My future) living room! 👀 Yup! It’s a project in progress. 📈 Although it still looks a bit empty, we have prepared a lot of things for this room. Because we plan to use a fairly large sofa so we can gather with family & friends, we have prepared a fairly large empty space. 🛋️ For lighting, we have prepared ambience light on the ceiling using LED strips. And for the TV socket, it has also been positioned so that it will be easy to install later, which is now covered with a frame so that it looks neater 😝 Hopefully everything that has been prepared can make the renovation easier later 🥰

Finding this house was a long motorbike trip every weekend looking for the right house 😊 we wanted a house that was close to everywhere, easy to reach public facilities. When we met, we immediately fell in love, imagining how much we would tinker with it to make it a 'homey' 'House'
Originally, there were many small rooms. Most of them we dismantled and changed their function. Including the garage which was used as the girl's bedroom, and became an outdoor space as an open carport.
The second floor that we built during the pandemic for a workspace, became a favorite multi-functional place.
Now, this house is comfortable for us. Green, bright, spacious, plant and animal-friendly!
