Shelica's house, which is located on the hook, has a Modern Classic facade theme with a white exterior.
The work on this modern classic facade is quite time consuming and expensive because the work is quite detailed, where a classic house is of course identical to the profile on various walls of the house, both exterior and interior. Profiling work cannot be done by all craftsmen but requires craftsmen with special skills in their field.

The most iconic part of this house is the stairs which are located in the middle of the rooms. The stairs are almost 20 years old, with a design typical of the 90s. When renovating, not much of the stairs were changed, only the floor that was previously covered with carpet was finally replaced with vinyl that was the same color as the railing.
