Pocket-friendly cafe interior design 🤍

This photo was taken during the rain when we wanted to go to the cafe but didn't, so we ended up making our own menu at home

The menu is potato wedges, fried noodles and hazelnut latte ice. We use plates and glasses that are like those in cafes, we also adjust the tables and chairs to look like aesthetic cafe corners

Minimalist Facade Built by Developer
This is the appearance of the facade built by the developer in our housing cluster for a 5x12 m house. Of course, it is not allowed to change the exterior material. There is a carport that is enough for 1 car and a canopy that we have not changed due to budget constraints, while we want to use a PVC canopy that is currently trending.
The only thing that has been changed is the garden area. Initially, the width was parallel to the terrace, but we cut it to be used as an entry way by making cement blocks. In addition to being a walking access to the terrace, we often use this area to park motorbikes at night. Because during the day, motorbikes can be parked in the public parking lot right in front of the house.
To make the terrace area more cozy, I added lounge chairs that I got from the marketplace & IKEA. Usually sitting here enjoying the afternoon with Popo & Lulu 🐈⬛🐈 so that they are happy enjoying the outdoors.

• Family Room; Our Favorite Room •
Why??? Yess! Because here I call it a multi-purpose room, here is the TV watching area, for watching movies, karaoke or playing PS and there is also an area for me to work/ or just enjoy music.
In addition, when I am in the family room, my husband is working on the mezzanine floor, we can still chat because the position is open 😆✨
Because we can do many activities and are often used for gatherings, we are very happy in this room.
In addition, with the presence of soft carpets and comfortable sofas as well as abundant air and sunlight, it makes us more comfortable having quality time in this room 🤗

Welcome to this mini balcony that is only a line 🤗
With a width of only 60cm, arranging this balcony is quite challenging for us. So in the early days of occupying this house, the balcony became a 'forgotten' area 😅
We wanted to have a relaxing area with a spacious table and chairs, but unfortunately the area is limited so to get around it we chose to use these minimalist chairs and tables. So far it is comfortable enough to relax and enjoy the sunset 🤍
Added with a rack of climbing or hanging plants, it feels like now this mini balcony is no longer 'sad' and a forgotten area 🤗

Under 1jt! Affordable wooden deck flooring makes the room warmer & more cozy ✨☁️
I use the extra land in Casazenna as a multifunctional area, a place to chat, a place to worship, sometimes a children's play area 👶🏻🧸
For the floor, I chose a wooden deck that is more affordable than vinyl flooring. Another advantage is that installation is much easier without having to be cut. No less aesthetic, right? 💡
