For the walls, paint it plain white to make it look spacious. The floor uses SPC to make it more durable. This color tone was chosen to create a warm and comfortable mood. Since my apartment is semi-furnished, I didn’t change anything else except the flooring. I chose SPC for the whole apartment because it creates a cozy mood that fits the Japandi style I wanted, and it looks just like wood! Plus, it’s waterproof, easy to clean, durable, recyclable, and can be installed on uneven surfaces. Affordable materials but add quite a lot of decorative elements to our house because it minimizes the budget. The fence area, gates are combined with hollow iron and expanded metal. The wall section has rosters so that it is not plain, also round geometric shapes for house numbers from cutting iron plates. The kitchen table top uses HPL on the island section to make it more affordable than marble or other materials. The stairs use SPC wood motifs for a warm impression and are lower in cost than solid wood. The foyer divider also still uses the same HPL finishing as the kitchen.
