𝑹𝙤𝒐𝙛𝒕𝙤𝒑 as a relaxing area. 𝑹𝙤𝒐𝙛𝒕𝙤𝒑 #rumahlimut is located on the 3rd floor. The area is only 10m x 3.17m and is located along the 𝒄𝙖𝒓𝙥𝒐𝙧𝒕 & kitchen area on the floor. 1 or along the parlor & service area 2nd floor The stairs leading to #𝒓𝙤𝒐𝙛𝒕𝙤𝒑 are made of cast cement painted black and white with a glass skylight roof. Floor #𝒓𝙤𝒐𝙛𝒕𝙤𝒑 was chosen using black and white ceramic chess/harlequin motifs to be consistent with the theme of the ground floor terrace. In this area we installed a canopy made of iron with a classic design. For the seating area, we made a 𝙛𝒍𝙤𝒂𝙩𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒃𝙚𝒏𝙘𝒉 made of concrete with two electrical sockets with protective cover from weather and rain. As a relaxing area, in the canopy area we have prepared a 𝒑𝙪𝒍𝙡 𝙤𝒖𝙩 𝙥𝒊𝙘𝒏𝙞𝒄 𝒄𝙝𝒂𝙞𝒓𝙨 made of teak wood with white ducco paint. Some accessories to beautify this area, we added heat-resistant hanging flower plants, bougainvillea flower pots & the addition of #𝒍𝙞𝒈𝙝𝒕 𝒔𝙩𝒓𝙞𝒏𝙜𝒔 which makes the atmosphere more romantic in the afternoon approaching night in this area. The “luxury” interior of the 𝑶𝙡𝒅 𝑴𝙤𝒏𝙚𝒚 𝑺𝙩𝒚𝙡𝒆 𝒐𝙣 𝙖 𝘽𝒖𝙙𝒈𝙚𝒕 is one of the interior references in #rumahlimut. Luxurious with limited 𝙗𝒖𝙙𝒈𝙚𝒕. How is that possible? Let's take a peek at how! It turns out that the appearance of a luxurious house does not always have to use a collection of expensive items! In #rumahlimut there are many cheap but not cheap details. Some of the interior objects that we choose usually go through our own curation process 😄 Here are some strategies that I usually do: ▪️ Do 𝑻𝙝𝒓𝙞𝒇𝙩 & 𝘼𝒏𝙩𝒊𝙦𝒖𝙚 𝙎𝒉𝙤𝒑𝙥𝒊𝙣𝒈 ✨ Buying 𝒂𝙣𝒕𝙞𝒒𝙪𝒆 𝒃𝙧𝒂𝙨𝒔/brass items with perfect condition & quality is our hobby. For example, I bought these two table lamps 𝒂𝙣𝒕𝙞𝒒𝙪𝒆 𝒃𝙧𝒂𝙨𝒔 at a very high price 𝙜𝒐𝙤𝒅 𝒅𝙚𝒂𝙡 by 𝙩𝒉𝙧𝒊𝙛𝒕𝙚𝒅 from a 𝙎𝒆𝙡𝒍𝙚𝒓 ex 𝑭𝙡𝒊𝙜𝒉𝙩 𝘼𝒕𝙩𝒆𝙣𝒅𝙖𝒏𝙩 who lived in Italy for a long time 🇮🇹 and has a large collection of antique interiors. The fun of buying antiques is that there is always a historical story behind an item 😍 (Slide: 1-3) ▪️ 𝑫𝙄𝒀 ✨ With a little creativity we can beautify an interior object that is "common" into a unique interior object according to our character and has a personal touch. For example: 🌟 Repainting the Ik*a lantern black and then applying 𝒈𝙤𝒍𝙙 𝙜𝒊𝙡𝒅𝙚𝒅 will make the lantern look more beautiful & elegant. (Slide: 4) 🌟 Beautify electric candles with decoupage application techniques. (Slide: 5) 🌟 Add ribbons/tassels to wall lamp objects/𝒄𝙖𝒏𝙙𝒍𝙚 𝙝𝒐𝙡𝒅𝙚𝒓. (Slide: 6) ▪️ 𝑫𝙤𝒐𝙧𝒔 + 𝑾𝙞𝒏𝙙𝒐𝙬𝒔 𝑭𝙧𝒂𝙢𝒆 ✨ Adding a frame/frame to doors & windows adds aesthetic value and visually increases the height of the doors & windows, making them look more elegant. Choose a simple, classic and elegant frame motif. (Slide: 7) ▪️ 𝑾𝙖𝒍𝙡 𝙈𝒐𝙪𝒍𝙙𝒊𝙣𝒈 ✨𝑾𝙖𝒍𝙡 𝙈𝒐𝙪𝒍𝙙𝒊𝙣𝒈 helps to give dimension to our walls so that they look more characterful and beautiful. Choose paint with a color that suits your taste. (Slide: 8) ▪️ 𝑪𝙚𝒊𝙡𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝑴𝙚𝒅𝙖𝒍𝙡𝒊𝙤𝒏 ✨ Installing a gypsum ceiling with a classic design at a very affordable price as a decorative element on the ceiling to support the ceiling lamp is the best decision in #rumahlimut. The ceiling and 𝙘𝒉𝙖𝒏𝙙𝒆𝙡𝒊𝙚𝒓 look much more beautiful & luxurious. (Slide: 9) ▪️ 𝙎𝒐𝙡𝒊𝙙 𝙒𝒐𝙤𝒅 ✨ Some wooden decorations such as trays, 𝒄𝙪𝒕𝙩𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝒃𝙤𝒂𝙧𝒅, or small 𝒔𝙩𝒐𝙤𝒍 in #rumahlimut are made of solid wood. A teak wood 𝒔𝙩𝒐𝙤𝒍 from Jepara UMKM we installed in front of the 𝒇𝙞𝒓𝙚𝒑𝙡𝒂𝙘𝒆 to add a modern and organic impression. The price is definitely pocket-friendly! (Slide: 1) ▪️ 𝘽𝒓𝙖𝒔𝙨/𝙆𝒖𝙣𝒊𝙣𝒈𝙖𝒏 ✨ The element of 𝒃𝙧𝒂𝙨𝒔/brass material will be found a lot in rumahlimut. Door handles, drawer & cupboard pulls, towel racks etc. with 3D printing and 3D printing make the room look more luxurious and warm. (Slide: 7) ▪️ 𝘽𝒆𝙫𝒆𝙡𝒆𝙙 𝙈𝒊𝙧𝒓𝙤𝒓𝙨 ✨ Choosing a mirror with a beveled mirror is one of my ways to make the mirror look luxurious, have dimensions, beveled and not look dull. (Slide: 2) ▪️ 𝑮𝙤𝒍𝙙 𝙁𝒓𝙖𝒎𝙚𝒔 ✨ The color 𝙜𝒐𝙡𝒅 always succeeds in elevating an interior object to look more luxurious and elegant. Almost all of our 𝙬𝒂𝙡𝒍 𝒂𝙧𝒕 use 𝙜𝒐𝙡𝒅 colored frames. (Slide: 10) ▪️ 𝑳𝙖𝒎𝙥𝒖 𝑳𝙪𝒌𝙞𝒔𝙖𝒏 ✨ The play of light to create a luxurious & elegant atmosphere in rumahlimut is quite our concern. For this reason, at several points we installed spotlights which we directed at the object of the painting/wall decoration, making the atmosphere look like 𝒂𝙧𝒕 𝒈𝙖𝒍𝙡𝒆𝙧𝒚.
