DIY Wash Basin in the Laundry Area.
Our laundry area is semi-outdoor, we are equipped with a wash basin and a classic farm house style wooden table which my husband did on weekends. American standard square sink costs 1 million, black faucet 270 thousand, installation and wood beams for the table around 250 thousand. Thick square model sink chosen as a typical farm house style accent. Used for washing hands as well as for checking laundry before going into the washing machine. Hopefully it will inspire ✨

For a compact house like ours, it takes extra decoration because it will definitely look cramped if you can't maximize the space like the original location of the laundry room, not here😁
Finally, with my husband's work, I was able to create a laundry room with a pulley system to make it tidier, more efficient and dry faster because there is still light coming in from the house😊

Meet again with the room where housewives like me work, yup Laundry Room.
This laundry room measures 3.2m long and 2.1m wide, all washing, drying and ironing activities are carried out in this place.
The light in this room is abundant, so even though it's indoors, clothes can still dry, but there's also a dilemma if the iron feels like you're in a sauna 😁, maybe next time you should add a fan to make it more comfortable.

Indoor Laundry Area? Why Not?
So far, people usually have an outdoor or even semi-outdoor laundry room. But at Rumah Semak, the laundry room is fully indoor!
Hey, but there are conditions:
* Wash clothes with a machine and spin at a minimum of 1000rpm so that no water drips
* Ventilation must be good. Here, our laundry room is located next to the balcony and there is a side window, so that fresh air always flows
* There is still sunlight
* Use a clothesline that can be folded or raised and lowered
Although small, this laundry room also has storage for dirty clothes, detergent stock, a sink for ironing and a plug for ironing (the board and iron are stored in the warehouse)
Regarding decoration, we only decorate this room with a vocal point on the green wall and decorate it with some living plants.
