Everything in this kitchen is budget friendly. Starting from the lower cabinet from Pira Home which was originally 150x40cm wide, then I added a counter top made of wooden planks covered with hemlock type paperive so that the width is now 150x60cm.
The backsplash is also the same, made of planks covered with everdeen marble type paperive.
I have been using this method for about 2 years and so far it is still safe and very functional.

when looking for a residence, with a limited budget, I have two options:
1. location close to the city center but small land
2. location far away but large land & land
I chose option 2 because I couldn't afford to commute from the outskirts to the city center every day to work
I then looked for a cheap apartment unit and after getting it, I did a major renovation according to my wishes by changing the layout, floor-wall-ceiling materials, and all the furniture

This house is a jackpot choice when we were starting to get confused about visiting several developers. Suddenly there was a marketing person providing information about a new house in the middle of an old housing complex with quite interesting details.
Regarding the price, land area, and construction, location of the house, in our opinion this is the most appropriate. With a land area of 120m2 in the middle of Sidoarjo city, the price is quite affordable. The location is also very comfortable, located in a well-maintained housing complex. Close to places of worship, a wide front road, making this house very worth it.

We adjust the style of our kitchen set to our needs and the area of our house. We use vinyl flooring to make the house feel more homey. Cupboards, cabinets, kitchen sets are all custom orders. The green cupboard was deliberately made with a solid color so that it immediately stands out and attracts attention. And there are also line accents from wpc. The budget is sufficient, not too expensive but not cheap either.

• Kitchen Corner Can Be a Pantry •
In addition to storage in the kitchen set, we also made a mini pantry in the corner of the kitchen. Initially because we needed storage for gallons & rice stock. Because of limited space, we chose to use Boaxel from Ikea. This mini pantry is for storing several electronics such as ovens & airfryer, baking tools, vitamins, flour, pasta, and rice, while the kitchen set is for cooking needs, cooking utensils, and cleaning tools ✨🙌🏻

✨ Coffee Corner
Finally we decided to rearrange the coffee corner area. We moved it next to the refrigerator because we happened to find a cupboard that was the right size.
We also replaced the kitchen cupboard because the previous cupboard was rotten. We'll discuss the decoration later.
For now we are still focusing on decorating this coffee area, we hope that even though it is small, it can be functional in accommodating our coffee equipment. We decorated this corner with black nuances from the coffee equipment combined with wooden accents & artificial plants.

The only custom furniture at Greynaehaus seems to be this kitchen set🍴
This kitchen cupboard is more than 11 years old but is still sturdy and of good quality.
I chose the color dark brown so it doesn't get dirty easily.
The size is quite large so it is enough to store all kitchen utensils from plates, pans, blenders etc.
I like table tops that are neat and not full of things, so that cleaning is quicker and easier.
So, I put all the spices and kitchen ingredients in the cupboard.

When we first moved in, this kitchen was very far from our dream kitchen.

Usually kitchen appliances have "cold" colors like black or steel, so that the kitchen & dining area can still feel warm and cozy, I use wood accent materials and warm white colors. Because this kitchen is a high traffic area, high humidity too, of course it will be difficult and expensive to maintain if using real wood materials, so I use materials that are lower maintenance but look like wood. For example, wood texture granite for the floor and wood texture hpl for the cabinet
