Our house originally had an open area in the back because the developer did not default to a full building. Finally, we decided to renovate it into a full building and make it a kitchen for our small family. This decision was not only for security, but also to maximize space because our house is not too big. This kitchen area is 3x5 meters in size. It is quite large for this kitchen because I like to cook, so it makes the kitchen area wider. The materials used are also sought according to function and needs that are durable and better.

first time looking for a house in 2020 during the pandemic, it took about 4 months until finally choosing this house. When buying this house, the reasons were because of the good location, already full housing (old housing area) and affordable prices with a land area of 6x16 meters2.
changes to this house from its initial appearance (developer default) to now being renovated a little bit to get a hommi japandi feel.
the back area which was originally empty land, was made into a full building for the kitchen and washing and drying area.
until now I am still happy and grateful to be able to buy this house. Because this house feels comfortable to live in with family. Because home is a warm family gathering, so I made this house as comfortable as possible. although not too big but does not reduce the comfort of this house.
