The main bathroom certainly has to be different from the others.
We want the main bathroom to be special but of course still warm. That's why we use tiles inspired by Airbnb bathrooms in Bali. The tiles are interesting because the more they are polished, the more color they come out... And for the floor itself, to make it special, we use real terrazzo. To make it look more luxurious, we use gold as a complement.

If I use HPL in the kitchen because it is more affordable and has many designs. The backsplash also chose a simple one, the reason being that it would be more matching and "clash" with the color of my kitchen set.🍏
Well, compared to using wallpaper on the wall, I prefer to paint it in a beautiful color. It's more economical, it doesn't damage the wall (honestly, using wallpaper is complicated and damages the wall 🫠🫠). Especially now that the color of the paint is so beautiful!
Then, because I live in Apato, the role of the balcony is quite important in addition to drying, also making air openings in and out. Actually, I want to use the decking that is rich in IKEA. The condition of the facade of the Alfa house after 2 years, only relying on house paint that does not use a lot of paint color, aka predominantly white, so if the color has faded, we will buy white paint again, hehe.
For the miscellaneous part on the facade itself, for the house number, we use a stainless steel chart which is quite cheap.
For the plants on the facade, only horsetail grass grows which is very cheap and very easy to maintain 😅

Minimalist kitchen
This kitchen was built in early 2021 with a budget of 9.3 million for the upper and lower kitchen set & shelves. To save budget we use HPL Taco, the top table uses granite tiles. And for the rice cooker, air fryer, etc. we added a kitchen shelf so that electronic items remain neatly arranged.

Some materials that can make this house more aesthetic are the use of spc, wall panels and the presence of a large wall mirror in the living room. For the color of the spc/vinyl used, we use a fairly bright color to make it look wider and cleaner. And for the wall panels in the kitchen, we deliberately did it ourselves to minimize the budget and other reasons because it is easy to do it yourself.
