The developer's house is relatively small, but the layout of each room is what really makes me "yes".
House with a building area of 90m2, with a length of 9m and a width of 10m.
I like it because it's not too big, and there are no hidden passages. each room can be seen from any side.
There is a sliding door between the living room and the bathroom and laundry, but this sliding door is only to decorate the room. On a daily basis, it is opened wide more often
Simple decoration in this small house, just with furniture that doesn't pile up and using neutral colors, maybe that's the way to make the house look spacious hehe

The dining room area is the "soul" of the house.
by changing the developer's default layout, namely doors and windows into sliding doors, our house became brighter and looked more spacious than before..

I like sitting here, because it is always bright with sunlight.
