The way we arrange the dining room is simply by not putting unimportant things here. Because it so far happens that our dining table still uses the concrete island that we requested at the beginning of the construction of the house, so we eat together here. One advantage of this concrete table is that it is very easy to clean and does not leave any stains when cooking or the kids are playing. Permanent Dining Room This dining room is integrated with a clean kitchen, made of concrete. To add aesthetics and comfort, we added a laminated table top made of teak wood fjl. By adding a wooden table top, the ambiance becomes warmer. A teak wood table top is also more comfortable and safe for children because usually children still do not have rules for storing ceramic plates and glasses, impacts can still be reduced if using wood. • Comfortable and Warm Dining Room • Hello, O!House friends, the dining room at Himfari’s House is connected to the kitchen area and can be used for 4-5 people. Currently I am using 2 fabric dining chairs from Informa, and 2 iron and wood stools also from Informa. Don’t forget that I still put the high chair there if the children want to sit down to eat together at the dining table. For the dining table, I use cast material with a granite tile finish that is the same as the kitchen table. In my opinion, a cast dining table is the right choice because it is low maintenance. Just clean it with dishwashing soap/mop soap. Moreover, children are always messy when eating. Another thing that must be in the dining room area is a hanging lamp that can illuminate the dining table.
