Open Space Kitchen & Dining Room,
has been in great demand besides giving a spacious, airy and comfortable impression.
A room without partitions combining the kitchen and dining room feels warmer and more functional. With a kitchen area of 3 meters x 1 meter and a minimal dining room area, it maximizes the available space.
The open space concept in our house is not only in the kitchen and dining room but can be seen from the living room and multipurpose room.
The choice of white for house paint, kitchen sets, floor tiles and furniture is the main color choice, but we are starting to look at a combination of bright colors (pop colors) for sofas, hanging lamps, sofa cushions, etc. So that the room is brighter and more cheerful.
As a small family, we are still satisfied with a small dining table and 2 dining chairs, for that we only need a small space in front of the kitchen which is also combined with a multipurpose room.
In addition, the open space in our house is very pronounced with the opening of a sliding door towards the back garden of the house towards the service area.

The kitchen and dining room areas in this house are not completely open space, but they are also not completely separate, because we chose to use aluminum sliding door partitions combined with glass. When we want to get a more 'open' atmosphere, we can open the sliding door as wide as possible, creating an open space impression between the kitchen and dining room. But when we need a partition or divider, we can close the sliding door 🤗

-The TV/family room adjacent to the workspace is 3.3x5m
-Actually, this room was previously a living room but was converted into a family room because of the larger space, so that the extended family can gather here
-I made over the walls using wallboard and wall panels to add an elegant impression and also carpets, sofa covers with matching colors add a cozy impression

Hello neighbors, this is my favorite spot in my house. Yes, the kitchen and dining are very thick with white and wood nuances. This kitchen & dining is deliberately made compact like this by creating a slightly different room character, for the kitchen area the concept is L-shaped while for the dining area we chose to use a round dining table so that there is a transition and it is not boring.

Get around the narrow dining area by replacing the previously rectangular dining table with a circular dining table ⚪️
Even though this dining table is relatively small with a diameter of only 80cm, it is proven to be able to accommodate two adults and two children ✨
For a decorative touch, we also added dining chairs with different designs such as a black Pantone chair in the shape of the letter 'S' and a minimalist white chair.
