Before being renovated into a prayer room, the 2x2.5m room might have previously been a storage room because it was completely closed. The walls and doors were dismantled, the floor was raised about 15cm, this became a prayer room because there wasn't one in this house yet. To make it look spacious, the partitions were made manually from molded teak blocks so that the room still looks spacious but there is a clear boundary that separates the prayer room from the hallway.

The prayer room is one of the aesthetic rooms in this growing house. Initially this wall was empty, then we designed it to be a prayer room by adding a mihrab. For the south side wall, we attached molding and mirror frames, with a touch of tauhid calligraphy on top. The ultimate renovation involves installing vinyl to make this room seem warmer and more comfortable. Hopefully it will inspire ☺️

Prayer room ✨🕌
A simple prayer room, originally this room was converted into a prayer room because we didn't have a prayer room. This prayer room is located next to the main room. Access to this prayer room can be done directly from the room or from the family room. There is also a storage area for Islamic books and the Koran.

The prayer room in the house for me is a room that is no less important, because it allows us to focus on worship in the prayer room, especially if there are guests coming, so there is no need to prepare prayer equipment in the room or in another room, because everything is already available in this room.
This small and simple prayer room is given a roster wall partition or can be called a mosque ornament krawangan so that the mosque atmosphere is more pronounced, besides that, light and air can enter the room. To make the interior of the prayer room more beautiful, I gave it a calligraphy wall decoration of the words Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW in gold. Then the drawer in the corner of the room is to store prayer equipment to make it look neater 🤗✨

Hi classy neighbors, welcome to our prayer room. A place where we not only pray, but also unite our hearts, give advice, and share the happiness and sadness that has passed.
With an area of only 3.5 m x 2 m, it doesn't feel very roomy. We tricked it by choosing a paint color that was calm but still gave it a touch of white. Hopefully this can inspire that the existence of a mihrab is really needed and can be realized despite all the limitations.

One land can be two functional areas, coincidentally in the backyard of our house there is leftover land from the developer that besides making a kitchen and dining area, we also make a prayer room and laundry room in 1 land, we make a long partition with additional roster to beautify this partition wall.
for the prayer room area, the size is 1.5x2m and for the laundry area, the size is 1.2m long like an alley. making a narrow land functional has been thought of before making this land, we choose the material for this land according to the indoor atmosphere, and we still make it comfortable and aesthetic.

Several methods that I apply to keep this room functional and visually attractive even though the area is limited to 6x3 meters:
1. Use an L mode kitchen set with upper and lower cabinets so that it looks neat and can store lots of items, along with additional shelves with pull rails to place the oven, rice cooker and several other kitchen equipment.
2. Place the kitchen on the south side opposite the dining table on the north side to maximize space.
3. The west side is a prayer room area without partitions, so the room looks spacious.

The availability of the Prayer Room (Mushola) at Kaffah House is located on the 2nd floor which is adjacent to all the residents' rooms, the aim is to make it easy to access. Prayer room
In my opinion, it is necessary to make a prayer room in the house, no matter how small it is, it is better to have a prayer room in the house, because for devotion to worship, one of the challenges for house owners whose land is limited is how to leave room for a prayer room in the house.
