The kitchen & dining room @zenhouse.id have different vibes at night and during the day. So yesterday Saturday Bekasi was very cloudy, so when we took the photo, it turned out the light was different😍
Oh yeah, our kitchen always gets natural lighting guys. Every morning the sunlight enters through the arched window in the family room. Then on the right side of the kitchen there is also an arched window that we always open to add ventilation & lighting.
The kitchen space is indeed compact so we try to optimize the empty space in the kitchen set to be a preparation area when cooking. Well because of that we also thought, we have to find a table top material that is easy to clean and not easily oily. As a result, our choice fell on Quadra "Bassaltina Panna" which is a really good material. Easy to clean, and once exposed to oil it doesn't become shiny and difficult to clean. The bonus, this color also matches the color tone of our house.
Then when discussing with our architect, we were asked, do you prefer a kitchen island or a dining table? So after a discussion together, we finally chose a dining table instead of a kitchen island so we could sit at the dining table and chat after a long day🥰🥰🥰
Actually, a kitchen island can also be used as a place to eat, but we thought the height and size of the chairs would be different from a regular dining table. I'm afraid it will affect comfort if we want to sit for a long time 😂
