Styling Kitchen & Dinning I designed this kitchen & dining with a slightly dark natural wood nuance on the color of the kitchen set & dining table material. However, to avoid monotony, I mixed it with several materials with more vibrant and bright colors on stainless steel chairs with orange synthetic leather sofas, then glossy green mosaic tiles on the back splash and several decorations on the dining table. Like the artificial flower decoration that I customized with the types & colors that I like, then the choice of green placemats that match the kitchen blacksplash, and the red-black fruit bowls make it feel more comfortable to sit here for a long time even though the weather is cloudy, but I'm still happy while watching the rain that falls directly into the back garden. The lighting game in our house is predominantly warm-white for strip lights and white for downlights. We installed strip lights between the headboard, the wide area of the kitchen wall to highlight the arch, and in between the mini garden to add an aesthetic impression. However, what we most hope for is natural lighting, namely sunlight. Because the design of the main building has not been changed by the housing developer, our house only has small windows. Therefore, when adding a kitchen canopy, we deliberately left a little roof open for light to enter. Very relieved when doing activities in a bright area bathed in sunlight. The bar table becomes the focal point of the kitchen from this angle In the first slide, the condition of the table bar at the bottom is still plain, covered with the same HPL as the kitchen set... to add aesthetic value, I installed a 1 cm thick WPC panel in butternut color. Installation is easy and can be done yourself because the area is also small. After installing the wall panels, the kitchen area looks more lively and beautiful... ✨ Open Kitchen & Mini Dining Room Our kitchen is located at the back of the house. From the living room, you can immediately see the back area, where the kitchen and indoor garden are located. We utilize the remaining 4x7m land into one open area that we use as a kitchen, coffee corner, laundry room, storage room and garden. Our kitchen has a U-shape, to add space for the food prep area and mini bar. Next to the kitchen is an area that we use as a coffee corner & a place to store our sports needs. We usually do activities in this entire area, coincidentally across from the kitchen is a multipurpose area. A place for children to play while looking at the indoor garden at home. 🌿 Kitchen + Dining Area Our kitchen area measures 2x2m and is divided into 3 work areas. - Cooking area on the left with a length of 2m. We place a stove and cabinet containing food ingredients & cooking utensils. Don't forget to place a spice rack to make cooking easier. - Dish washing area in the middle. We place dish racks & shelves with frequently used dishwashing equipment. - Dining area on the right with a length of 1.5m. Before we had a dining table, this was our dining area. This area is also an additional area for food preparation when cooking. Now this area functions more as a coffee table area, our snacking place.
