Choosing a minimalist fence for a Moroccan style house is a bit challenging, because it is indeed difficult but easy hehe, from the beginning we decided not to use a fence to cover the house, we left the carport exposed so that the facade of the house could still be seen, but in accordance with the Moroccan style which usually uses a "hijab" in front of the house, we also made one "hijab" before entering the main door, in that hijab we installed this small minimalist wooden fence.

This time we want to share about our house fence. Btw, these photo slides were taken at different times.
The photo on slide 1 was taken around 05.00 — after dawn when the light was not that bright and was still transitioning from dark to light. Slides 2 & 3 were taken yesterday morning at 08.00 where it turned out that the sunlight was reflecting off the garage canopy. Slide 4, a souvenir from Mas WicakMifta's visit & the position of the open gate shows how our gate works🥰
Well, to be honest, our gate didn't originally look like this. It was more like a sheet of iron arranged tightly and at a distance.
Then because from the beginning, my parents felt that this could still be explored, finally Mas Hendro helped us find this suitable alternative design.
Previously, our fence was made of sheets of iron arranged & in terms of timeline, the work process was faster, so we also preferred to have a little added cost with the adjustment of this fence shape. Now, our fence has a process of being cut, sort of braided, then curved. This form of fence does require extra time.
Of course there is a curved accent because @zenhouse.id is geometrically dominated by many curves.
Then the direction of our gate opening is outward because of limited space and this is one way to anticipate so that when opening the car door it doesn't hit the fence hehi🫢😂
So if you already have a desire for a fence like what, MinZen's suggestion is to discuss it directly with the architect. That will help reduce the possibility of additional costs in the middle of the road (for the construction process)😍

Choosing a fence for a house seems simple but it turns out that there are many things to think about, one of which is not only the model but also the level of security.

A fence is not just a barrier, but also an important element that gives a first impression of a house.
Since I live in a cluster that does not allow fences, I didn't make a full fence to the front. So you could say it's a semi-fence, hhi, because I still want to have privacy so that it's not too open to the outside. So it's safer and more comfortable too.
This is a simple fence that I customized to a carpenter using hollow iron, with the addition of expanded ram in the middle to make it look sweeter, the last step is to paint it in matte black to make it more minimalist & bold.

for the fence, we deliberately chose a black iron fence according to the theme of our house in black and gray outdoor.

The fence that Bieshouse uses does not match the Scandinavian style house theme because inside the fence there are two houses with different types. I chose this fence because I wanted it to look minimalist and neat. The fence is high so that it is not easily visible from the outside. The material used is iron coated with fiber to make it safer. The old school in the modern era. When we moved into this house, we replaced the carved iron fence with a real wooden fence that was said to be weatherproof. After 7 years, the wood started to get damaged and it was difficult to repaint. Finally, for the time being, we left it like this because there was a plan to replace the fence with a full wall so that privacy would be more secure and for the gate, we might want to use iron or wpc. Because the position of our house is on an uphill road, so at the gate people can see inside because of the uphill position of the road.
