My kind of backyard goals:
Multifunctional sunken all-rounder
Sometimes it becomes a mini swimming pool for the kids to dive in,
Sometimes it becomes a place to sit and relax while enjoying meatballs in the afternoon,
Sometimes it also turns into an outdoor cinema using a projector.
And most often… it becomes my favorite view while drinking coffee or tea from the dining table

In addition to carrying the open space concept, our house does have many openings that produce natural lighting. Especially in the morning - evening. Even towards night, the house is sometimes still bright.
Plus minus indeed. At times, sometimes the Bekasi sun is that hot so you have to reapply sunscreen several times, but at other times, Bekasi rains heavily all day so our house is naturally cool.
