In my opinion, one of the considerations in looking for a place to live is the area/location. My husband and I immediately liked the area of our house because it was quite in the middle of the city. At that time there were only a few plots left, and finally decided to take 1 plot directly from the developer. My house is quite close to the mall, hospital, market and children's school.
