One of the things that made my husband and I choose this house is its Modern Minimalist Facade that suits our personality. The high ceiling looks like 2 floors, but actually this house is only 1 floor. Large glass windows function so that sunlight can enter maximally so that this house becomes bright without additional lighting.
So that it is not monotonous, we use Palimanan Natural Stone fence walls because the motif has an elegant impression and PVC ceilings that keep the facade of our house alive. In addition, the black iron fence with a checkered motif is in harmony with the Minimalist House concept.
We also added Brazilian fern trees and a touch of cactus plants to give a natural impression and make our house feel cool when the heat is scorching from the Sun.

Our balcony is located on the second floor which is a favorite place for families to hang out, on this balcony we use synthetic grass and wall grass as decorations and various kinds of plants. Our balcony stands on a carport made of iron, we also added a canopy above it so that this balcony can function optimally and children can still play even though the weather is hot or rainy.

The facade of the house with a little terrace and a green garden to relax is our favorite place.
With a touch of synthetic grass and green plants such as catalya and ketapang, the garden is more homey.

Foyer
This space is a foyer or transition area before entering the living room. Its function is multifunctional as a place to store shoes as well as storing various equipment such as tools, kitchen needs, bathrooms, and pet supplies. At the top there is a wall hanger to hang jackets, bags, or umbrellas after coming from outside.
For functional reasons, the floor of this area uses exposed cement because it is more resistant to dirt and easier to clean. As an accent, the ceiling is installed with wood-motif PVC panels with two types of lighting: three 3-watt spotlights and cove lighting on the side of the ceiling to add a warm impression.
The ceiling of this foyer is made lower than the living room to create a dramatic transition effect. The difference in ceiling height and flooring type adds a "wow" impression when moving from the foyer to the main room through the kongliong.
