We decided to replace the developer's ceramic tiles with granite because we thought it would definitely make the atmosphere of the house/room more comfortable, and it turned out to be true 🥰
The house is cooler, more comfortable, and we want to go home all the time 🫶

Measuring 3.5m x 7m. I always call my house a vintage industrial theme, but it's more like vintage 😂, because it's really like playing with a type of house that hasn't had any major renovations since 1999 hehehe, so my house is an old house.

Taraaa… this is our bedroom with the three of us and the little ones who still sleep together, and the first time we published it on Ohouse ❤️. Because it has never been uploaded on any social media hehe. Coincidentally, this bedroom has never been renovated since we moved house. Yes, it's still as is, just a little touch of make over on the bedroom walls, the wallpaper has been changed twice, the hanging lamp and the built-in wardrobe.
The concept of this bedroom is modern minimalist, unique and cute furniture with pop colors makes my child feel at home in the room 😍.
The wood-colored floor ceramic material and some of the walls are covered with checkered wallpaper, on the ceiling there is a cloud painting, this is a legacy from the previous occupant.
Minimalist teak wood bed frame with a 180x200 mattress, comfortable pillows, waterproof sheets that are safe from the little ones' pee 😄, bright colored blankets, chess-patterned wave carpets, aesthetic standing mirrors, etc. still fit well in this bedroom.

This garden was originally full of grass but because a lot of weeds grew, we decided to make a dry garden like this. The land is covered with paranet, sand and split stone. We only kept the developer's pine trees.
To beautify it, we added a wood deck and clay pots. For the wood deck, we repainted it with special exterior paint, besides being more beautiful, it is also more durable when placed outdoors. We also repainted the developer's wooden fence ourselves.
All the materials are very affordable and easy to get at any hardware store. This way, this garden becomes more practical and requires minimal maintenance 🫶

A simple facade that doesn't change much of its original shape. This facade also hasn't changed since the renovation in 2018 until now. The wall paint is okay, it's still holding up well until now. Later when it's renovated again 😃 I'll repaint it with a new color and look.
