Since there is no special living room, this area becomes a multipurpose placeβto relax with family, chat, and even welcome guests. To keep it comfortable and not feel stuffy, I chose to keep some old furniture that is still functional. To make it look fresher, I only added new elements such as a TV table and wall shelves with matching materials. The result? The room remains warm, neat, and more personal with decorations that have their own stories.

Who has a house with limited land? An open space house is the solution! π
Like the M&A house which was built on 100 m2 of land, one of the renovations carried out in this house was to make the family room without partitions to the kitchen and back garden.
Before the renovation, (you can see the last 2 slides) the family room which was previously a bedroom had to be dilapidated and moved to the left so that the family room would be without partitions directly to the kitchen. The kitchen area also previously had its own door and partition.
So by renovating it to an open space concept, air circulation & light can also come from the back garden. The use of large glass in front/facade of the house which is a mix between permanent but in the corner the windows can still be opened also becomes cross-ventilation and makes the room look bright. πβοΈπ

Spill Details of TV Room Size
The TV room is the best spot to relax and enjoy the cool air and morning sunlight while watching your favorite series. Because Nauli's house faces east, the house is bright and bright early in the morning without having to use lights. Moreover, with lots of windows and air coming in, it becomes fresher and cooler plus it saves electricity. During the day the air is still cool only with the help of ceiling and standing fans.
The windows in the TV room were deliberately made numerous with a combination of rosters in the middle. Previously, this roster had ventilation holes to increase air circulation. But it turned out to be a lot of dust and mosquitoes. Finally covered with cement mortar. So its function is only as decoration and wall accent so it's not monotonous.
TV room size = 5.5m x 3m
Roster wall size = 0.8m x 2.75m
Glass window size = 1.20m x 2.75m
