From “Horror” to Aesthetic with Lighting🌿👩🎨
The most aesthetic room in my house is my bedroom window. I took advantage of the view of the front garden of the house which is often considered "Horror" by Indonesian people, with a super large window measuring 200x150cm.
Psst, this is a rare sight in Bekasi City, so you have to make the most of it👀
For me, the selling point of this room is the view from the window every time! From bright lights during the golden hours until night! Each time has its own beauty. Assisted by outdoor lighting above the window, the spotlight from the lamp gives a depth effect to the leaves and trees. So the trees exposed to this light look like a natural painting.
The concept for this room has a minimalist impression with a moodboard of white, pink, hemlock wood and gold accents. So the furniture you choose must match the color & shape. For indoor lighting there are two modes: warm light when I want to rest, and bright white when I want to work.
I place this aesthetic area as my work area. As a creative worker, a natural atmosphere like this really helps me to come up with ideas when I'm hit by a work deadline, hehe.

Kitchen & Dining Room
This is the atmosphere where we spend a lot of time, especially at dinner with the family.
This dining table has a minimalist impression to provide ample space because we still have small children. But of course we use beautiful vases and artificial leaves to add decoration to this dining table.
We used a table with two chairs and a bench to give this room an intimate impression. With a nuance that matches our kitchen, of course we chose wood for the furniture material.
Our Kitchen & Dining room are very close together because the concept of our house is open space, this gives a spacious impression to this area.

Benefits of having modular shelves ✨
I bought this Boaxel rack at Ikea, bought according to my needs, each part was sold separately. (poles, shelves, drawers, etc.). If you buy a modular shelf like this, it's nice to be able to create it however you like and it's easy to move it around.
When I was renting, I used this Boaxel shelf as a coffee corner, now in my new house I use it as a shelf in my work room

• NIGHT VIBES •
This is the night vibes in the home office room at RFL House. I created the warm and comfortable atmosphere that I wanted to create in this room by using lots of table lamps with warm white lights. In this room which is dominated by white furniture, I also deliberately provided an orange table lamp, one of its functions being the point of view of this room. Yas! I use this because when I work I usually need music to work to be more enthusiastic, and this smart bulb will change colors according to the rhythm of the music I listen to, by changing the colors it will make it easier to get bored while working.

Anti-fatigue at the work desk🌳🪴💖
I really like this work desk spot in my room! When I'm bored with work or doing art blocks, I like to stare at the leaves moving in the wind. It feels really calming!
So, to match the greenery outside, I also added real plants to my work desk! I don't just choose "aesthetic plants", but the plants in my room are recommendations from NASA which can filter the air and toxins in the room, you know!
FYI, the furniture and electronic items in our room emit toxins and radiation which can have an impact on our health🫣 So apart from being a decorative accent that beautifies the room, this plant also has a multitude of health benefits🪴✨

Because my husband and I are creative workers, our workspace must be set as comfortable as possible..
It's really nice to sit here in silence, looking at the mountains from a distance and the stacked houses while looking for inspiration. Just open the window, then cool air can freely enter the entire room... even if it rains, we can have fun enjoying it in this spot.
Accompanied by Sunny, a beloved betta fish who faithfully accompanies him to stay up late to chase deadlines. And Kuru, a stuffed tortoise (or turtle?) who always smiles on my husband's DIY fun shelf, looking at us who are dizzy with work 😌

Work Space that has Many Functions ✨✨✨
A work space that has many functions. The work space which only measures 1.5 x 2 meters is not only for my husband's work space. But it functions as a children's reading room and wife's content studio.
At home we don't use interior services, so for this room we designed and chose the furniture and others ourselves.
Even though the room is small and limited, by using good furniture and space arrangement it will feel spacious and airy. Plus, wall panels beautify the room and add to a better working mood.
