The facade theme in this aalo house is Contemporary by combining the concepts of scandi, minimalist, tropical and a little industrial touch in the carport section which gives a modern impression.
We chose this style because we wanted to create a warm atmosphere, while reflecting a dynamic lifestyle. The contemporary facade also allows the use of innovative design elements, which are very suitable for the surrounding environment.
To achieve this style, we chose materials such as natural wood panels, iron, roster, large glass and we added plants. This combination of materials not only provides an aesthetic appearance, but also ensures good natural lighting inside the house. Making the house feel brighter and more open 🥰

Adding spotlights at every point near the wall gives a luxurious, bright and spacious impression.
The lights in the house which initially only used a downlight in the middle were felt to have less of a lively effect and seemed monotone. Finally I added spotlights and the results were as beautiful as this ✨✨✨
My suggestion is that if your house has a floor to ceiling distance that is not too high (3 meters or below), use spotlights that are positioned into the ceiling, meaning they don't stand out. Avoid using track lights that stand out because they will give the impression of being short in the room.

Hola from the corner playing casaaksadaru.
This place was actually set up as a work area, because there was a leak so we used it as a children's play area first.
The position of this playground is next to the living room of our house, because casaaksadaru is an open space without any partitions at all so it looks gitudeh.
To arrange the play area so that it remains aesthetically pleasing, we choose furniture that matches the rest of the room. Plus, when guests bring children, the parents can have fun chatting in the living room while watching their children play here.

Work Space that has Many Functions ✨✨✨
A work space that has many functions. The work space which only measures 1.5 x 2 meters is not only for my husband's work space. But it functions as a children's reading room and wife's content studio.
At home we don't use interior services, so for this room we designed and chose the furniture and others ourselves.

Hello! This is the facade of the Semak House that you may often see, hehe.
because the location of our house is on a hook, we have a front facade and also a side facade. From the front, the facade of the house looks towards industrial modern.
for the front facade, it uses white and gray paint, and exposed cement on the fence, with an industrial box accent ala Japanese architect, Tadao Ando.
on the front facade, there is also a 1m wide overhang so that above it is like a box that is placed which makes the facade even more unique and iconic
for the side facade, the overhang is not as wide as the front, but at the back there is a roster and a glass roof where the inner court is located. this is what makes the inner court abundant in sunlight and smooth air circulation.
