Tropical house is the theme of the wild house. Although, because we are filling this house in stages, the "green" element is still far from what we dreamed of. Choosing plants that can live with minimal sunlight is also a consideration. The choice of furniture is still dominated by wooden elements, but choosing a cream colored sofa is still our choice for comfort. Welcome to the wild house ๐๐๐ป

Even though the area is limited, this child's bedroom is quite comfortable for its occupants. The bed is deliberately made like a drawer below, to utilize the area if there are relatives staying overnight. We chose the Facade of the Buaran house, full roaster and attached brick. The color we chose is the natural color terracotta. This color also dominates the house building as a whole. Combination with gray paint and other natural colors.

The objects/living creatures in this artificial house make us comfortable at home. A super duper comfy sofa, a long dining table where we chatted and received guests, a small pool where we spent the weekend, accompanied by the sound of our pet birds, who always joined in telling stories...

As much as possible, the items on my kitchen table top set at home are kept to a minimum. So it doesn't look full and messy. Moreover, the backsplash of the kitchen set is a brown mirror which was chosen to make the room look more spacious. The small white magic com is still visible, although it doesn't match the surrounding colors a bit. Using things we already have.

With limited space, this in-line bathroom can adequately meet our needs. Previously in the initial plan, this bathroom was without a shower, but because we finally decided to make a swimming pool in the house, the need for a shower became a necessity. This bathroom uses a black and white theme, with the majority of the walls being white, so it looks spacious. The shelf behind the toilet is filled with a collection of vintage paksu with various hobbies.

Actually, Buaran's house doesn't have a living room, because of the space concept of this house. So this room functions as a living room and also a family room. Since the beginning of building this house, we have tried to make the house a fun place for our 2 children. Starting from providing a room for each of them, supporting their passion for music, and providing games that we can play together.

One of the best decisions in designing this kitchen was using a Quadra table top. The type we use is Quadra Bianco Lassa. With natural motifs, the main advantage is that it is very easy to clean. No need to worry about water spills getting into the pores of the table top.
Another tip is, as much as possible, not to have many items on the surface of the table top. So that the house doesn't look full. What are your tips for designing a kitchen?

There are lots of low budget decoration items in our house, here are some of them:
- ornamental plants, the shapes and types can vary, the prices vary, but the ones shown here are under 20K. With live plants, the room atmosphere tends to be fresher. Can be combined with 30K woven rattan bags.
- throw blanket 100K. We have several colors to give different ambience
- We found this Balinese woven box in the Ubud market for under 100K. Besides the design, it's nice to look at. It also has many functions. Can be used as storage
- 60K bookmark, makes a beautiful addition to the row of books on the work desk

After we got married, Paksu was determined to have his own house, even though at that time we already had our own separate annex in the area of my parents' house. After going through a survey of the sub-urban areas of Jakarta, because it was adjusted to the budget we had, the choice finally fell on buying a second house but staying in Jakarta, with the reason that we both work in Jakarta.
Initially, we were confident enough to buy a house in the complex next to our current housing complex. However, at the last minute, a week before our initial plan to apply for a mortgage, Paksu finally found our house, and in the end we preferred this house.
However, from the start, we planned to completely dismantle the old house and build a new house with a design using the services of an architect, because we understand that building houses is not our field of expertise. The journey from buying it and finally succeeding in becoming the house it is today, that's another long story ๐

The color palette in the prefabricated house is actually a derivative of the building materials we use. The color of the unfinished walls (ash), red brick walls (orange), wooden parquet floors (natural wood and its derivatives).
