I'm on the custom furniture team ofc, because #RumahSeupil has almost 85% custom furniture, from kitchen sets, shoe racks, under-stairs cabinets, to walk-in closets. WHY? Because it helps me a lot in realizing #RumahCompact which is tiny but has lots of storage. Also, if I bought ready-made, I probably wouldn't be able to find furniture that fits the size, because my house has lots of impossible corners. Simple tricks to make a small space look big, this is the corner of my house that I like to use as a place to relax together. We made the design of this room simple, because we like to gather here, we chose an L-shaped sofa that fits the size of the room, for the wall paint we chose a bright color to give the impression of a spacious room, and wooden accents on the wall panels and floors to give the impression of a homey house. At that time we weren't married yet but I chose this house through photos because I was still completing my studies in Japan. In our opinion, the most interesting thing about this house is the position of the entrance which is located on the 2nd floor due to the contoured land conditions. The modern style of the house with large windows also immediately captured our hearts. Apart from that, wide road access, strategic location and 24 hour security are our main considerations. This house has been renovated twice and is now in close to ideal condition as we need and want. The rooms in the house are 1 garage, 1 carport, LDK (living-dining-kitchen), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, prayer room, work space, front garden and balcony.
