Lighting in the living room
In this room we use 2 types of lights, cool white lights and warm lights.
We only use the cool white lights that we installed on the ceiling of this room when guests come at night. Meanwhile, the lamp that you often use is the warm lamp on the table lamp above the fireplace shelf in this room.
Because warm lights create a warm ambience / mood in this room π§‘

Our simple decoration ahead of Eid al-Fitr is simply changing the room carpet. Because just by changing the carpet, the ambience / atmosphere of the room feels different from before β¨
And of course we also add a little cake/snacks on the table to welcome guests who come to visit.

Living room under the stairs β¨
We used the space under the stairs for the living room in this house. Because this house only measures 72m, we really want to make maximum use of it.
And even though it is small, the ambience we want to create in this living room is minimalist with not a lot of furniture and a warm impression with the addition of standing warm lights.
We don't use much furniture in this room. And we also use a TV table with lots of drawers to be able to place things neatly. Likewise with the small nightstand in the corner under the stairs.
And add a few plants in one corner to make this room a little lively.

Home Style
For the style of the house, we chose minimalism with shades of cream. We chose this style because this house is very small and we also like simple things. We apply this style to every room in our house.

Low Budget Decor
DIY wall batten on one of the walls in the living room only costs 250 thousand, you know. With capital as a list of wood with a unit price of 4 thousand, 20 pieces and several kilos of nails and paint at a price of 10 thousand.
Apart from that, choosing a sofa cover is also a solution to replace my old sofa. No need to spend a lot of money to replace a new sofa. You only need a budget of around 100 thousand to buy a sofa cover π€
I also added a standing lamp worth 150 thousand in one corner of this room. Apart from having a lighting function for this room, this standing lamp is a budget friendly item that can also beautify the room β¨

Maximizing limited space β¨
Honestly... it's a challenge living in a house with limited space. Like this kitchen which only measures 1.5m x 2m. Therefore, we try to maximize the layout of this space so that it remains functional & comfortable of course π«Άπ»
To give a spacious & bright impression to this limited kitchen space, we changed the position of the cabinets that previously covered the window. With a naturally bright room like this, it gives the impression of being a little more spacious. And I think using this cabinet is a solution for space-saving storage in this very limited kitchen.

My inline kitchen
This kitchen only measures 2.5m x 1.5m. And it is a challenge for me to organize this kitchen so that it remains comfortable & tidy in my version.
To make it look neat & not cramped, I added upper & lower cabinets as much as possible so as not to put a lot of kitchen details / items on the kitchen table.
The focal point in this kitchen is the beveled ceramic backsplash which we attached using sealant glue over the previous ceramic without dismantling & without a craftsman, you know π€
And to make the kitchen atmosphere a little different, we added warm strip lights in the gaps in the ceramic backsplash.

This room is where I spend a lot of time, especially preparing food for us to eat together.

Lighting in the TV room
This room is the room we often use to gather together. Whether it's watching TV, relaxing reading, and accompanying children who want to learn to sit on the carpet. Therefore, we chose to use a smart bulb type to use according to current needs (warm/white mode).

House Terrace
This house was built with dimensions extending to the side and with a very small area. Makes us use even a little space for the terrace.
There is only one set of chairs & table. And a little touch of greenery to make it seem cooler. Even though it's not very comfortable, at least this terrace can be used temporarily to just sit and relax or receive guests who smoke π

Night vibes
Actually, for lighting this living room, there are several lamp options. But among several choices, minimalist table lamps or more often called Korean lamps are the ones we like the most.

Kids friendly Home
Utilize 1 room which is only 2x2 in size in this house as a children's room which is also a children's play area.
The only pink room in this house.
Considering the very limited size of the room, we only used the bed, cupboard and floor carpet. We don't use much furniture. But we added a rattan stacking cupboard to put all the toys in so it looks neat with closed drawers. And it's easy to tidy up again when you're finished playing.

Changing the bed sheets in the bedroom is my mainstay when boredom sets in with the atmosphere in this room.
We always try to keep this bedroom comfortable in our version, which is only 3x3 in size.

House facade
The house in the alley, which is only 72m wide with a length of 9x8, is honestly very difficult to get a photo of the facade of this house.
Regarding the facade theme of this house, I personally like minimalism and like cream & white. So that it's not plain, we gave a few natural stone ceramic motifs to the front of this house. And a few plants to make it look more alive.

Dream kitchen β¨
Regarding dream kitchen... actually my dream is to have a spacious kitchen with full cabinets and also equipped with a minibar / dining room. It's just because this is a growing home for us. The 2nd floor has not yet been developed, so we are enjoying the existing one with a little makeover to make it comfortable for us π«Άπ»
This kitchen makeover began by shifting the position of the upper cabinets so that they were brighter than direct sunlight. And also the addition of top & bottom cabinets to make them neater and not narrower. Even though it's not yet my dream kitchen, at least it's much better than before. π€π€
