My house facade is in a Modern Minimalist style. I chose this style because it matches the minimalist theme of my house, although the facade of my house looks simple but I use a combination of materials and paints that make the vibes still alive and elegantβ¨

AFTERNOON ATMOSPHERE IN THE DINING ROOM - Ramadhan Day 1

Coincidentally, when I was preparing my sahur meal, before everyone got up for sahur, I snickered first π.
Creating a cafe-style atmosphere at home has been my dream for a long time, thank God it has been achieved according to the existing budget π. I love teak + rattan furniture, so to create an aesthetic and comfortable cafe-style dining room atmosphere in this old house, and also make you feel more at home hehehe, I chose a custom teak dining table from Jepara. Previously, this dining table was a set with teak armchairs, in my opinion the house was getting narrower, in the end I replaced the dining chairs with benches and stools also made from cutsom teak wood, so that this small room looked spacious. To complete the aesthetics of this dining room, I also added a 60cm round teak mirror, and an industrial trolley combined in this room, don't forget to add a touch of artificial plants + cafe-style retro lights..., I hope it inspires you π

The open space in the jahar house is indeed very open, starting from the living room, dining room, and cooking to washing dishes, all done in one room. This is because we don't want the house to look narrow and to bring the kitchen closer so that it doesn't look outside the house, so we combine the small kitchen inside the house.

Our kitchen sets are custom made using the services of PD Kayu Indah, with Blockmelamine material, TACO brand HPL finishing. Soft close (slow motion) hinges and double track rails. Considering that our kitchen is not too big, we added double top cabinets almost at ceiling height. We choose custom kitchen sets so that we can adjust the size of our kitchen. And after looking for information about experienced custom kitchen sets, we chose PD Kayu Indah.

Because my house faces east, sunlight is enough to warm my family room.
I chose minimalist room decoration to make this living room feel more spacious, and chose cream color for the interior and I added storage to store children's toys, books and several necessities that I use to relax with my family in this room.

The advantage of a house without partitions is that it creates space
feels wider and brighter. More suitable for mini houses like mine with limited space. The downside is that everything is visible, so you have to have multi-functional storage like this storage cabinet and the house has to be cleaned diligently. β¨

As soon as you open the main door you can immediately see a cafe-style mini bar. Having this mini bar is one of my wishlist. Apart from functioning as a cafe-style dining area, it also acts as a barrier between the kitchen and living room. It's simple but the function is so real.
This table is made of concrete with a height of 100cm, a width of 40cm and a length of 280cm, paired with black granite combined with teak wood bar chairs so it looks more minimalist. Hopefully it can be an inspiration for those whose houses are small but still want to have a special place to eat like me.

In my opinion, the most aesthetic room in #homeykei is this living room
why in line? because we carry the concept of open space houses on limited land. So the living room is also a family room combined with the dining room and kitchen area.
That way, in one room various activities can be carried out simultaneously, therefore I personally always choose furniture that prioritizes functionality. with lots of drawers and storage space so that the house always looks neat.
Apart from that, here I am using a modern Japanesedi home theme with basic colors of wood, white, black π€π€π€.

Hi, share natural lighting in Yasmine's kitchen.
I have a window in the kitchen and also a wide skylight from the garage that illuminates all the way to the dining room.
Without my kitchen lights being bright, I like the warm light in this kitchen. One corner in my kitchen. I just rearranged it this week π₯° that's when I get bored I usually re-rotate the layout.

This in-line kitchen, which only measures 2x1.5m, is a challenge for me personally to organize this kitchen so that it is neat & comfortable in my version.
The way I style this kitchen so it looks neat is by adding upper and lower cabinets. And also use a storage box in the cupboard.
Apart from that, as much as possible, don't put a lot of kitchen details/items on the table top so that it looks neat and not too cramped.
The focal point in this kitchen is the beveled ceramic backsplash which I attached using sealant glue over the previous ceramic without removing it π€
Lastly, to make the kitchen more lively I added some artificial plants & artificial flowers in a vase.

We combine the facade of this one-story Scandinavian house, which is identical to the pointed roof, with gray and brown to make our house more classic but still modern. We chose Scandinavian because from the start we wanted to have a simple house like houses in ancient times. We divided the pointed roof of the house into two sides, one side we used a water rope motif and the other side we used a ceramic brick motif.
Our tip is to make this Scandinavian house model look more modern, it can be combined with a grill fence and wood.

You can really make your old house more aesthetic and homely using my tips for the terrace area:
1. The previous yard floor was the same as the garage floor with the bicycles, so that the yard looks aesthetic, I added synthetic grass and unvarnished wooden decking because the price is cheaper, then I varnished it myself at home
2. I made over the terrace floor by attaching vinyl with a cement plaster motif
3. Teak wood patio chairs are also my choice to add an aesthetic impression
4. I replaced the terrace lights with original bamboo shade hanging lamps
5. Because it's a bit hot on the terrace, I added just 1 piece of synthetic rattan partition to block the sun's rays
