Welcome back to my house 😁 The main colors that represent all industrial style elements are black, white, gray and brown (wood). The characteristics of this style are the use of natural materials, minimal decoration, and the dominance of neutral colors, because we like to hang out in cafes, that's one of the reasons we applied our home theme to the industrial theme. The facade of our house with a simple industrial design, the shape is just a box like its name - 𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙨, which means box house in German. . Not many ornaments to reduce the budget. The walls use exposed cement plaster with terracotta roster for air circulation. . Innercourt from a different angle ✨✨ The innercourt or back garden in this bush house functions as lungs and a source of light throughout the day. Roofed with solartuff, but some are left open as additional air ventilation. In the innercourt there is a koi pond with the sound of flowing water that is soothing. Here there are also tables and benches like in a cafe for breakfast or just having coffee. The plants here are deliberately planted in pots. There are hanging lee kwan yew, towering heliconia variegata and other plants in pots. This is a strategy for an affordable bathroom. By using natural materials without finishing, this sink area can be done by only 1 type of craftsman, namely a mason. The walls and sink box use only cement, then the accent wall uses random natural stone. For the variation of the cement wall texture, we use a striped texture made using a broomstick 🤭. Laundry room that doubles as a sleeping area for furry children, it's a small house, all areas must function 🤭 The furry children's room was originally designed for the maid's room, after the house was finished we thought why use the maid to stay overnight since there were only two of us, so it was our good fortune for the furry children to have a room or area of their own. Foyer This space is a foyer or transition area before entering the living room. Its function is multifunctional as a place to store shoes as well as storing various equipment such as tools, kitchen needs, bathrooms, and pet supplies. At the top there is a wall hanger to hang jackets, bags, or umbrellas after coming from outside. For functional reasons, the floor of this area uses exposed cement because it is more resistant to dirt and easier to clean. As an accent, the ceiling is installed with wood-motif PVC panels with two types of lighting: three 3-watt spotlights and cove lighting on the side of the ceiling to add a warm impression. The ceiling of this foyer is made lower than the living room to create a dramatic transition effect.
