This mini laundry room in the Casadeharsa house chooses a touch of sage green to match the facade of the house. This mini laundry room is a "dry" type, not a wet one, so we chose a sink with a basin model that is inward so that when washing the water does not spill onto the floor area.

L Zias Home Kitchen! 💫
So in this small kitchen we store quite a lot of stuff in the cabinets. In addition to looking neat, with the upper and lower cabinets we can hide items that don't match in color.
Here are some photos of storage spaces that we can share in our kitchen area.
Slide 4: right next to this cooker hood, we store some stock of spices in sachet packaging. We put them in a plastic container.
Slide 6: contains spices in small bottles that I often use every time I cook. This position is right under the stove so that we can easily reach it.
Slide 7: there is a special place to store gas and also knives/scissors
Slide 9: in this section we store some flour, sugar in glass jars.
Slide 10: divider between adult spoons/forks and children's spoons/forks.

DIY Wash Basin in the Laundry Area.
Our laundry area is semi-outdoor, we are equipped with a wash basin and a classic farm house style wooden table which my husband did on weekends. American standard square sink costs 1 million, black faucet 270 thousand, installation and wood beams for the table around 250 thousand. Thick square model sink chosen as a typical farm house style accent. Used for washing hands as well as for checking laundry before going into the washing machine. Hopefully it will inspire ✨

➖ Kitchen Renovation
The process towards a new dream kitchen can be realized in 2024.
Previously in 2016 (slide 4), when we first moved into the house, the developer's built-in alley kitchen still used shelves that were again made by ourselves, aka DIY.
The kitchen items and furnishings were still simple and many were brought from our parents' house. We did change the backsplash and granite to black, previously the developer's built-in orange color.
After almost 5 years of living in the house, we added a kitchen set to make it tidier and have lots of storage. We chose black because our previous house style was monochrome. (Slide 5)
Alhamdulillah, in this 9th year we replaced the kitchen backsplash, replaced the sink, and added vinyl to the kitchen floor to make it look brighter and cleaner.

There is a skylight with a pulley canopy for ventilation, so when cooking even though you are using a cooker hood, the smoke from the cooking process can come out through the glass canopy

Small kitchen ✨
This kitchen doesn't have a kitchen set yet, but to make it more comfortable, we made a DIY makeover ourselves with a low budget using a PVC ceiling cabinet cover and we bought the upper cabinets online.
For the top table, we used 60x60 cm granite in wood grain color and a white brick motif bevel backsplash.
In this kitchen, we used a Japanese-style style dominated by white and wood.

Minimalist concept
Because I want a simple and minimalist but cozy house, I chose white paint for the entire room, so that the room looks spacious and minimalist.
For the floor, I use 2 different granites. For the bedroom floor, I use vinyl granite, while for the kitchen and living room, I use marble motif granite.
For the use of minimalist furniture, only white is dominant so that the minimalist impression is not lost.

🔅After - Before Kitchen Renovation🔅
Back when renovating, my mother's wish was simple, she wanted the kitchen to be expanded, to look clean and bright. Finally we dismantled the small warehouse next to the old kitchen. And the result is the current kitchen, more spacious.
so that the kitchen looks clean and bright, we finally chose a neutral color. white for the wall paint, brown cream nuances for the kitchen interior itself. initially to save the budget, she wanted to maintain the old kitchen backsplash, so she only bought it for the expansion area. it turned out that the motif was hard to find. finally we replaced it with the current one. but still with a mosaic motif, it looks a bit classic.
we chose to make the top table from wood motif ceramics besides being durable, it also saves the budget.
the hanging shelf with a bright wood grain motif HPL layer is our old kitchen shelf. while the lower shelf is new custom with a light brown duco paint method.
we chose stainless steel sink and faucet for easy maintenance.
