I chose this material because it is more durable and looks minimalist

Initially the gray color changed to baby pink which suits my taste

Replace HPL material door and thicker frame than before

To make it more practical when entering and exiting the house without being confused about looking for keys

The big inspiration for this house is like houses in Japan. A few months before we built this house, we had time to look for references during a vacation to Japan and references from Pinterest too. We saw that houses there use a lot of canopies, wooden accents, gable roofs, with a flat kamprot exterior finish (it doesn't hurt) and there is a divider at the bottom like a horizontal water line. So we adapted it to the design of our house, represented by the facade.
With all those considerations and of course the budget too, this is the result! So far, I really like the overall design and execution!

The relaxing area in front of our house is an area that is rarely exposed, this area becomes a smoking area, especially when gathering with neighbors.
We have given this outdoor area a slightly different theme with dominant black and a combination of brown from Duma products which are water and weather resistant.
Secondary skin from Duma and SmartLock adds to the terrace and side areas so that they remain functional areas and maintain the privacy of the occupants
