Child-friendly home👧🏻
Here are some ways my husband and I create a child-friendly home:
1. Using special wall paint
We use "easy wash" wall paint so that it makes it easier for children to explore the house as a play area. Because this wall paint is easy to clean with just soap and a sponge, so there is no need to repaint the room.
2. Using an oval-shaped coffee table
We deliberately chose an oval-shaped living room table so that it would not hurt if it hit the edge of the table.
3. Not using a table in the children's play area
In the TV room area, we deliberately did not use a table so that children have more freedom when playing.
4. Using a wide, non-slip carpet
A wide, non-slip carpet makes children comfortable when playing because the carpet does not shift easily.
5. Separating the living room and family room
This is also one trick to keep the family room a fun place, no matter how messy it is, it's okay. So that when there are guests, it doesn't disturb the children who are playing or vice versa.
