Living room update! ✨
Slowly but surely, this small room is starting to feel more homey with a minimalist industrial feel. The addition of a rustic carpet and statement pendant lights has successfully created a more cozy atmosphere. There are still many things I want to add, but for now… it feels comfortable enough for quality time with family.

My lazyyyyyyyy sofa 🤏🏻 since there is this recliner sofa, the main room #RumahSeupil has become even more lazy. I can do anything here! Working, reading, daydreaming, editing, ohhh anything. The material is also really nice, I changed the fabric from synthetic leather to give a warmer & more flexible impression, not stiff.

🌿 Living Room: Stories, Feelings, and Wise Layout
“The living room is not just a place to gather, but also a reflection of who we are.”
For me, this room is a place to share stories, calm down, and relieve stress. That's why I chose warm color tones, natural lighting, and minimalist but functional furniture.
With an area of only 3x4 meters and a budget of IDR 8,000,000, I was still able to create a comfortable and aesthetic space, because it turns out the key is in the right arrangement.
💡 Some of my favorite tricks:
✔ Use furniture with legs so that the floor remains visible & the room feels spacious
✔ Maximize wall shelves so they don't take up space
✔ Choose bright and earthy colors for a more airy feel
✔ Add hanging lights as accents and warm lighting
Now this room is everyone's favorite in the house.

Every house must have a favorite corner, and for me, this corner is the most comfortable place after a long day.
When night falls, I like to sit here with my favorite book, accompanied by warm lamplight and a calming home atmosphere. It feels like escaping for a moment from the hustle and bustle, enjoying some time for myself before finally falling asleep.
But it turns out, I'm not alone. My son also likes to sneak in here, leaning back while hugging his favorite pillow. Maybe he also feels the same warmth, that this place is not just a chair, but a hug after a tiring day.
Simple moments like this are what make a house feel more than just a place to live. Home is a place to return to, a place to share comfort, and a place to find peace. ✨

Then I found this split-level house, which turned out to be the perfect fit! There is more privacy without feeling cramped, natural lighting comes in well, and the atmosphere remains homey. It feels like a blessing that Allah has directed here. 🥰
